Prales: What's this one saying. Did you read the article very well?
"Efforts made by Governor Ayodele Fayose to reverse the restriction order placed on his accounts frozen by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission(EFCC) in Zenith Bank Plc was temporarily halted on Tuesday as the Federal High Court sitting in Ado Ekiti, deferred ruling on the mandatory order being sought to reverse the directive".
Still a temporary defeat since his prayers were not granted. |

This is another defeat and frustration for Fayose as the court refused to grant his prayers that EFCC be made to unfreeze his accounts and restrained permanently from freezing them in future.
Ekpas up here lack comprehension ability, hence they celebrate invitation to EFCC to defend it's actions.
Fayose cannot get off this hook. There are previous instances where accounts of sitting governors were frozen for similar offense.
It's more than unfair that you enjoy immunity from criminal and civil acts already. It will be double tragedy for victims of your criminal acts for your accounts which were used to commit the crime to enjoy same immunity. |

Christians in Nigeria have largely proved over and over to be very intolerant.
Just a little over a year ago, Christians occupied most important political space in our country and there were no misguided comments as these from Muslims.
I will ignore useless mentions. |

989900: You dig?
In his brilliant mind, loan from bank (Buhari's bank is yet to deny lending him the 27 like Zenith did Fayose) and diverted funds from ONSA are the same, 27m is greater than 1.3 billion, 120m for properties (declared bought via installment payments which we all do) begs the same questions as 3 billion naira properties paid in cash and more littered all over the country and beyond.
It is disturbing when folks who probably didn't get a dime are defending the same people who loot them dry. Built2last must think everyone here is as clueless as the Ineffectual Buffoon and his supporters aka mourning wailers. |

What exactly is lies here. Don't drown in hypocrisy So, taking loan to buy form is same as taking security budget from NSA to finance election? Or same as being illegally financed by a bank with stakeholders money? You're obviously still frustrated that the man PMB is ruling your sorry asss despite your campaign of hatred and calumny. |

Built2last: If Buhari's bank sponsors his election with a 27 million Naira loan for his nomination form , it is strategic business and political calculation . But If Fayose's bank sponsors Fayose's election , it is corruption. If Diezani, a former shell top executive, owns a house abroad, it is corruption. But If Buratai, a career military man, owns two houses abroad, it is called money saving skills. If Dangote owes Banks Billions of Naira, it is strategic business acumen. But If Ben Bruce does same, it is corrupt bad debt and his business must close down. If Jonathan keeps 9 presidential jets, it is corruption and callousness, but If Buhari keeps same 9 presidential jets, its a sign that he means well for the people! Welcome to Buhari's Animal farm . Burantai got his houses in Dubai by savings, but Shell Nigeria longtime Boss and business woman Deziani building ONE house in Abuja and NONE in Dubai is a thief.
Ihejirika and Badeh are thieves but not Burantai. Okay!
Point is, fraud is Nigerian. It is taking place by the budget padders as we speak. It is taking place in Customs and everywhere. The president that will stop corruption is one that will not distiguish between Muslim and Christian, past 5 years/past 16 years, 97 percent and 5 percent, APC and PDP, Haliburton and Security votes, etc This post is filled with lies and half truths. What I don't get is why it was impossible for PDP to unearth Buhari's alleged hidden wealth for the sixteen years he opposed them. I doubt this story on that premise.

2. Body of report - says she rented one of the duplexes
3. Last paragraph - "as at the time of filing this report, EFCC is yet to commence probing…

He distributed funds on behalf of his principal, who obviously authorized it.
If anyone should be standing trial for the $2B it should be GEJ. Unfortunately for him, no evidence that GEJ approved the sharing. Verbal evidence will not hold in face of prosecution. And he being the security expert should have even advised against such order, or refused and resign if he meant well for the BH victims and Nigeria. |
