1. Its much better if your wife makes that decision herself, based on her passion, personality traits , strengths and weaknesses.

2. Bear in mind that not everyone was wired for enterpreneurship or teaching, therefore a a coporate-career-driven wife might get furstrated running a business, and in most cases transfers that furstration on her children and/or husband.

3. Being a mother, wife and a business/career woman isnt something to be handled lightly.

4. Communication between you both is king, at the end of the day.
