It happened to me too sometime last year. I went on Twitter and poured out my mind not tagging them tho. Lo and behold, in minutes they replied me apologizing and shit. Bottom line was I wasn't refunded. I think the only reason why they contact you is cos they now how powerful the social media is and how it could also ruin their business so they just do all these formalities of contacting someone to reduce the anger in ones head. but I still think that's the only way you and I can be heard.
