Do me a favour. If you work in a reputable organisation and you are in a leadership role - go and do this to a lady. handle her hands and tell her you can make her happy. A man in a position of leadership should be responsible and intelligent enough not to do certain things.

Based on the comments I have read, now I know we have serious problems with the way we treat women or victims. Sexual harassment is not a joke. Yet we are here lambasting a female senator for speaking out. Yes she has not lived a perfect life. Yes she has been sexually active. Does that mean she can't complain of sexual harassment. If a female senator can't speak out, is it our daughters, our sisters, our wives, our mothers who can speak out? Expulsion ke? From the Senate? Do people think? An elected person suspended from where they are meant to represent their people. This has farther reaching consequences than people are thinking.

And what will happen after 6 months? Another suspension? Life is a very long journey.
