The as for the Quran, it corrects several of the mistakes made in the Bible and some of this mistakes and corrections have recently been validated by science to be true.

For example, the Bible calls the king of Egypt during the time of Joseph Pharoah. And this is wrong. The word pharoah was later devised many years after Joseph but before Moses. But the Quran does not follow the Bible to make that very mistake.

Hagar gave birth to Ishmael. Sarah thought to bring GOD's word to pass by giving Hagar to sleep with Abraham. Ishmael was the result, a son of Abraham.
