I wanted to post my story for advise and opinions on this matter.

My wife and I have been married for 8 years and we really have not had any issues until now. The whole situation started about 5 months ago. I think it was early January. We just launched our second business branch and my wife threw a party for us.I am into real estate and other strings of businesses. Last year was a good year for us. Our business grew and we expanded by opening one more branch office here in Port Harcourt (not real location). My wife,who is our Business development strategist came up with an office opening party so we can invite dignitaries and celebrities to come and even invest more in our businesses. My wife decided to engage her friend that is a top event planner to handle the event. The event was successful no doubt,everything was just glamorous. Then,there was another part of the event that moved to the club that night. We were all having fun. And then,my wife’s friend who planned the earlier event showed up looking really well dressed..more like very s*xy outfit. Of course,lot of people were dressed to kill at the party. In a lit party like this,one should expect some serious drinking and some inappropriate behaviors. It was clear,my wife’s friend was getting a little more than tipsy. She was doing a little too much and my wife was concerned. I tried to call my Driver to come take her home but the foolish guy was drinking somewhere and didnt pick my call. My wife agreed that I escort her friend to go sleep in our SUV until the Driver shows up. I guided her friend to our car and tried to get her inside to sleep but things took a different turn. She was drunk and started to pull me to kiss her. she was rubbing on me and telling me she wants me. I knew it was the alcohol talking but she kept on and on. Begging me to kiss her so she can sleep. No one was looking and I gave her a small kiss just to let her feel she got what she wanted. Of course she wanted more but I didn’t oblige her. I put on the AC for her and pulled the seat back for her to rest. As I walked away,I finally got through the Driver and he came to take her home. I thought that was the last I would hear of what just happened but I was wrong. Two days later,this lady starts to chat me and saying she wants to see me. I thought it was a joke. She said things like she knows I want her too cos I kissed her at the club 2 days ago. She kept confessing her love for me and how she cannot control herself. To be honest,this is not the first time women would throw themselves at me but this is the first time,a friend of my wife would do such a thing. I asked her what if my wife finds out and she replied me with a bomb: she said..she does not care because my wife is also not a saint. What?!!!!..what did she mean by that? I asked her to explain and she said she cannot tell me because she swore never to tell anyone but that my wife has definitely been with someone else but me.At this time,I was getting really worked up. I told her she was bluffing and she said I was being naive. I told her I would ask my wife…she said she would deny but that does not mean its not true. She would deny because she swore to keep my wife’s secret.
So,in order to play her game,I told her I would sleep with her if she told me who my wife was cheating with. She agreed. She sent me lots dirty messages and told me to meet her at a hotel that night. And then,I asked her: how do I know you are not trying to set me up and walking into a trap? My wife’s friend then gave details. She said my wife and I were having issues just a few months before our wedding,I said yes!…she said because of the issues…my wife was doubting my loyalty and she went back to her ex and slept with him. And that they were seeing each other even after we got married until like 4 months after marriage.
I knew this woman is desperate but this information she just released scattered my brain. I drove straight to see my wife and straight up told her what her friend just told me. My wife began to act shocked and pretend that her friend was lying so I told her, I have recorded conversations (which I really didn’t have)and if she pushed me to release these conversations, it would be over between us.
At that point,my wife broke down and started crying. She then confessed to having gone back to her ex when we were having issues weeks before our wedding. But she swore on her children’s’ lives that it did not continue after we got married.
However,her ex went to tell her friend that they were seeing each other which was a lie. That her ex wanted her back by all means and was telling lies that I was not treating her well and that she misses her ex and wants to come back but she is stuck in the marriage.
All these revelation was too much for me to bear. I told my wife to leave our home but she refused so I took a my things and went to the company guest house where I have been. I have been so angry and betrayed that I do not know what to do.
I never planned to be a divorcee. I love my wife. She is very instrumental to the success of my business …but how do we work through this when she has betrayed me like this? And she is insisting the affair ended when we got married….the affair before marriage is hurtful because we were still engaged even at that time but if it continued after…I cannot live like this.

How then,do I believe she may be telling the truth? Trust has been thrown out of the window. Our families have been trying to reconcile us but as a man,I have never been so hurt and emotional in all my life. I trusted my wife with all my life.

I finally agreed for us to see our Pastor last week to counsel us but it ended up in a disaster. I recognize I was still angry and I was shouting and my wife was crying uncontrollably saying I do not believe her but I believe a woman who is trying to ruin our marriage.

Well,if her friend is trying to ruin our marriage…she caused it..she allowed it. We both left distraught and later that night,the friend showed up in my guest house. She told me that she came to beg for me to forgive her friend. But you should have seen what she wore. The most see through outfit and as soon as I allowed her to sit down,she came hard on me.
Pushing her away was my first thought. But I felt so angry that I also wanted to revenge my wife and I started responding to her. I was ready to make love to this woman but I stopped and told her to leave. Since then,she has been determined to make me sleep with her.

I felt I needed space but the more space I need,the more s*xual temptations are coming my way. And yes,I would be justified if I give in right? After all…my wife did it first? Maybe if I did…I would feel better and maybe be able to forgive her after we are even.

I miss my wife but how do I trust her….I feel tempted to sleep with someone else. Its not that hard for men…I do not know how much more I can resist the temptation. How can I be sure that my wife is telling the truth? How do I know the affair ended after our marriage?

Will I be able to trust her again? Is there any hope for our marriage?

Affair that took place in the past,didn't harm you in any way and you want to spoil a marriage you claim to be happy in cause of it??

The world hasn't come to an end, the documentary and research is still ongoing. You would hear the team reiterate that the one used to attack the guy to be swallowed was not big enough but they just had to use it because they couldn't capture a big enough one.

So exercise some patience.

I will,and i am not disputing the fact that a longer and bigger individual might be wondering in the wild or discovered in future,but as of today,the longest verified green anaconda ever found measures 17.1ft.Not anywhere close to the 50ft snakes in movies that swallow humans like amala

I'm sure they will have a certified expert in that team. Their documentary is for public publication, they won't release false claims to the public. It is a documentary and not a Hollywood movie, so there is no need for exaggeration.

Then why do records still state the longest verified green anaconda ever measured is 17.1ft long??. Cause non-experts will always exaggerate the length which is not totally due to their fault cause it is very difficult to measure a life giant snake without being sedated and there are guidelines concerning stretching that should be followed,i saw the video and that snake is nowhere near 20feet in length.

Watch it again. The Anaconda was measured. The measurements and sizes of all Anacondas encountered in the documentary were of great importance to the team.

It wasn't measured by a certified expert,and i guess they got 20 feet right?? If a certified expert should measure it,i am sure it will be 15 feet max

So you have watched it, very good. Did you hear where the guy said that, the Anaconda that was lured to swallow him wasn't the biggest? Which led them to extend the documentary with a sequel where they will capture the biggest Anaconda ever found and get it to swallow the guy.

And was the captured anaconda used measured by an expert??

My English was simple. I asked a simple question "Have you watched the documentary called Eaten Alive"? The quest for that documentary was to capture the largest Anaconda alive today and to lure it to swallow one of the team members with a camera so that they document what happens in the belly of the snake.

Numerous safety measures were put in place such as the building of an amour that will protect the team member when the Anaconda begins to constrict him. The biggest challenge they had was the building of a suit that will protect the team member and the camera from the acids in the belly of the Anaconda.

If you have not seen this documentary yet, then you have no grounds to argue at the moment.

So what you need to do is, watch the documentary then come back here with your observation, feedback and inference.

I have seen the documentary,the guy had to call for help cause the snake's constricting power wanted to break his hand and the snake had just opened its mouth to attempt swallowing his head.Note,the animal was lured with pig blood and scent.On a normal day,anacondas don't attack humans,even in the water in where they are strong and powerful.No recorded or confirmed cases,not even kids.The reticulated python is the only snake confirmed to have swallowed humans and i believe there are few reports of African rock pythons swallowing infants in Africa in the earlier parts of the 20th century.

The "Eaten Alive" team found bigger anaconda's. The idea of the team is to get swallowed by the biggest anaconda so they can see how things happen in the belly of such a big snake.

There have been no confirmed cases of anacondas swallowing humans and the longest "verified" length recorded is 17.1ft.Larger specimen have been reported but cannot be verified.peace.

There are rivers in osun and ondo that the people residing in those villages said there is are huge snakes living in those rivers.

Stop being ignorant,the anaconda is native to the Amazon part of South America,you are referring to the African rock python which is one of the 5 biggest snakes in the world.Not all big snakes are anacondas.

Go and watch "Eaten Alive". It is a real life documentary in search of Anaconda's in the Amazon jungle. You can find the documentary on YouTube. They are as big and dangerous as portrayed by Hollywood.

Calm down,Hollywood portray them as being 50 feet long or more.The longest verified anaconda is 17feet long.

All those cases of a 30feet snake are not backed up by irrefutable evidence.The longest anaconda verified is 17feet long.The longest snake confirmed and accurately measured is medusa at 25feet,a reticulated python currently in captivity.

Lol,they aren't at all.Anacondas are the largest snake in the world in terms of girth and mass.But there have been no recorded cases of anacondas swallowing humans.The only snake confirmed to have swallowed humans is the reticulated python.

No doubt I had doubt if her love was genuine. I have asked myself just how to get the truth out of her head. She came with tales of love, always making me feel like a king. Yes, she told me she thinks about me every seconds and how scared she becomes thinking of losing me.

This relationship started barely a month ago. We started as friends and eventually she became my girl. She was intrigued with tales of my ex and how hopelessly i drowned in love with my ex, how my ex gave me the shove of my life and how i wanted someone to change my obsession.

She lacked bedmathics and financial management. So, obviously she offered nothing.

So I called my friend and confidante to advise me about her, Afterall i was becoming unhappy each passing day with her. He told me to test her, "simply refrain from giving her a dime for now...."

I went to her place and after our usual boring moments i left without giving her money (I usually give her money). I arrived home and settled down to reminisce about the day, just then i realised she didn't call me. Oh no, she always put the call first so what could have been wrong. I texted her, thanking her for the moment we spent talking that evening and finally she called. We spoke for few minutes and bamn, she told me she wants to get busy with her chores, okay. The minute went bye, an hour, 24 hours, a day and few hours and still no call...

Why should i put the call Afterall, i offered her what most guys wouldn't and the only and one thing she had to do is call me to atleast say "Danielfx i miss you...."

Well, i learnt a funny lesson. She ain't loyal....

money can buy loyalty or love.If someone doesn't love you,nothing can change that.It seems money is the only thing she believes she benefits from you and since that stopped,she sees nothing again.

Prison Break S1 and S2 were great but from S3 onwards it started losing its magic and ended up disappointing me really. Its probably the same story for Heroes. S1 and 2 were great, but the rest were just bad.

My problem with prison break is lack of consistency. The writers seem to lose their magic when there was no longer a prison to break out of. I think they knew, that's why they sent Michael to yet another prison. But it just didn't have the magic that they intended.

24 on the other hand was a consistent beast! Every season from 1 to 8 was a hit. It was truly a phenomenal piece of television. Hands down one of the best series of its time. If you are into raw action and intense stakes, you would probably feel it is the best series ever made. Thats a show that didn't lose its magic. Well it did lose it though, when they tried reviving it with a new lead actor.

I get its easy to get sucked up in the nostalgia feeling when remembering old series you once watched. Its easier to hype a old series than it is to hype a current one because of this feeling. But prison break wasn't all that great. If they had stopped it at s2 or s3 it could be in the running for best series but even then, I doubt it would have a solid ground to stand on in the presence of GOT. And this latest revival season just cemented how far they have gone from the magic of s1 and 2

Well...you have a point...season 3 wasn't that bad too thought it wasn't as good as 1 and 2...the four was in no way related to the main storyline and the 2017 own was way out of it and yeah 24 was very very good.

I think you might have misunderstood my last statement. I said those shows were above average. So that's a definite recommendation. I don't know why you don't like Gangs Of London. I think its a solid series. Breaking Bad might look slow but the pace is just perfect for you to see the evolution of one Walter White. How he turned from a chemistry teacher to a drug lord. Any thing faster and it might lose its magic.

But everyone has a right to how they see things, so its ok if that's how you see it. I mentioned several series in the post you quoted that are really good check them out.

Personally and this is my opinion, prison break isn't all that great. I don't feel it should be up there with GOT, 24 well it was one of the best series of its time. And it depends on what you like, but for me it isn't at the level of GOT. But it is much closer to GOT than Prison Break. I would recommend Fargo. But it can be slow at times but when the action comes, it will blow you away.

Oh....my bad.I am surprised you don't rate prison break that much,cause many almost all the people who i know have watched it testify it is dia best or one of their top3.I will give the Fargo a try

Saying money Heist is trash is just being short sighted really. Its clearly over hyped and good but its not great but its definitely not trash. GOT was the best series I had seen until the disaster that was the final season. Blacklist is ok but not great either. And some very above average series have been mentioned like homeland, altered carbon, the handmaid's tale, banshee, breaking bad, peaky blinders, gangs of London and many others.

Money heist ain't trash,though they should have ended it in season 3 or 4.GOT is very good,i think prison break and 24 are the only series i can rate above it.The gangs of London ehn i dont understand the hype,so overrated,average at best.Breaking bad too the pace is just too slow,i was planning on watching peaky blinders but with your comment,i might drop it
