The other day it was Ábíá governor ordering payment of salaries, now his Osun counterpart is doing same. Do you really need orders to pay salaries and pensions.

These governor do not really understand their job.

Working states like Lagos, Rivers, Kaduna, Kano etc are doing this without any media noise.

I guess maybe because the former governors refused paying these pension during their stay
