Religion / What Is The Meaning Of These Dreams? by Dstar4u(m): 9:34pm On Oct 02, 2013
Yesterday while discussing dreams with friends, I heard a lot of dreams that I do not understand at all. So I decide to ask nairalanders to shed light on these.

1. Someone being pursed in the dreams by different things like snake, dog, and violent men. But they never met her, or at times she would turn back and chase them away. What's the meaning, please?

2. Someone being among armed robbers, yahoo boys, and being caught in each dream.

3. When people are rushing out of a building because of danger, he would take someone else bag instead of his. What's the meaning?

4. Being among old school friends, but for one reason or the other, they would leave him there, saying bye-bye to him.

Please help me with the meaning of these dreams.
Thanks

It's pretty good to hear that. We really need to get more info concerning this field. But, anyway, I believe it's a rewarding course to study provided the passion for it is burning.

Let me attempt to discuss this not in any particular order though.

NSE and COREN very essential. To be a corporate member of NSE, you must have graduated for at least four years. You then go ahead to get registered with COREN. This is particularly important because most company have preference for registered engineers.

What to expect? Just keep an open mind. You may even end up in another field (sincerely)

While in school take all you courses seriously because you would meet them one way or the other if you eventually practice.

Interesting, demanding and could be stiffening(from a personal point of view) . As long as your calculation and reasoning skills are sound. You are good to go.

Plan your ways? Stay focused and hold tenaciously to your dreams. A little bit of flexibility would do you much good. Yeah, don't be too rigid.

And most importantly , the God factor.

Nice one from you sir.
Are you, by any means, a practising engineer?
Thanks.

We really need the practising mechanical engineers to widen our knowledge of mechanical engineering, that is:
1. What to expect after graduation.
2. What we can do while in school to enhance, at least, our productivity and prepare us for the challenges in the field.
3. How we can survive as engineers in the field.
4. How interesting is this course. That's motivation.
5. Relationship between what we are being taught in school and real field practicals.
6. How we should plan our ways.
7. About COREN and NSE and their importants.

Thanks, young MechEngrs would be glad if response is given to the aformentioned.
Thanks once again

Religion / Re: God Created Some Other People Apart From Adam And Eve by Dstar4u(m): 8:41pm On Mar 10, 2013
After Abel and Cain, Eve gave birth to a male. And after many years after the Bible points out that Cain had killed Abel and got married, Eve gave birth to many children (both male and female).

You know what, there are some miseries in the world that will never be diclosed to us. For instance, when we sleep, we dream and see people we never meet or see before. Who are those people?

Gen. 4:14-17
God created Adam and Eve. Eve begot Cain and Abel (they were both male). Cain killed Abel. The bible says if anyone kills Cain, seven soul will bear it.
Aftermath, Cain met his wife.

My question is who are those seven souls and particularly who is Cain's wife?

(1+3)^1/3

Using the general formula for expansion:
(a+b)^n = a^n + n(a^n-1)b + n(n-1)(a^n-2)b^2 all over 2! + n(n-1)(n-2) (a^n-3) b^3 all over 3! + ...

therefore, let a = 1; b = 3; n = 1/3

Plug the formula
