For me it's not the time but the heaviness that sets in after going faster. Driving gets more difficult and fatigue sets in faster and now it becomes more dangerous to keep driving.

Anyway, learning from it, I think I will just stop and enjoy the scenery for a couple of minutes as I noticed I felt better after I stopped for fuel.
