For someone who calls the existence of a cell "hearsay evidence", you're certainly a pillar in the knowledge section.
You and I and ordinary man on the street have never seen a cell before, we see fellow human beings and animals and trees and phones and land and rivers and cars etc.

Cell talk comes from the hearsay book called biology.

Wilgrea7:
If you're so sure of your knowledge, then why not share it? ... If you don't want to share it, then why engage in a debate?
I have disputed with your adult version and as you see, they are all gone away. You are the newest one and a child for that matter and you have overladen me with your childness which can not operate here.

Nairaland is for Adults and Adults, know and are supposed to know certain things before coming here.

So, you have to first learn the things you are supposed to know before you come to argue.

And the Bible and Paul and Christ is teaching us how we can successfully and sweetly reach our Destination, which was the Issue.

But because of you are evil you were trying to CHANGE POST to "after reaching your destination"

MaxInDHouse:
So after reaching your DESTINATION do you mount your horse and start going back through the journey again? Galatians 3:23-25 smiley
Now, you have stopped at the correct place I stopped saying

"Nobody mounts his horse and start traveling through all the rigorous journey again after reaching a happy destination"

See how a big fraud and serpenty you are?

If you don't respond to me I would not quote you.

I'll be honest. I'm getting pretty tired of this your “you should know" copout mentality.
Nairaland is for adults, and not a Nursery School. (N.S)

It is adult school (A.S) and adults know and are supposed to know.

Which is why, if you do not know, you can not attend this school!

Let's go into the bible. For that is the light unto our path.

There was an account in the bible book of Luke 9:51-55 ...
Do you not see that, that is certainly Not A Time for destruction and judgement?

Compare with the destruction of the world in Noah's days, Sodom and Gomorrah and the prophecied destruction of all evil including Satan in Revelation.

"He beareth not the sword in vain"!

There is a time for death as the there is a time to live.

You've been using this phone in the pocket analogy for quite some time now without actually explaining how it relates to the existence of your god.

No honestly rational person responds to the question of proof by saying “can't you see.. it's obvious" without actually explaining what they're talking about.
If you can not figure out a simple thing as a phone in your pocket, then, as I said, you are not normal. It is either you are a 7 year old or you are mad and I can not relate deal with such persons.

Wilgrea7:
What in Vishnu's name are you talking about? When did i plead hearsay evidence?
Now you show you know nothing about hearsay evidence.

That's one analogy. Plausible, but not proven.
Not proven, even when it is as obvious as the phone in your pocket,. You are not well at all.

Wilgrea7:
Take for example, the human body. Made up of trillions of cells. Each of those cells are alive...
Hearsay! You said you knew hearsay evidence is not acceptable but here you are pleading it.

We don't see cells, we see blood, we see skin, but we do not see cells. And your saying you don't subscribe to it, just finished it, therefore, you have said nothing and you have nothing to say.

...There are lots of teachings in the bible that are not for Christians.
You lack knowledge of God and understanding else you would never have said this.

You would have known that God is intolerant of evil and therefore empowered us to destroy all snakes and scorpions and all wickednesses in high and low places.

You would have known that Christ was teaching guilty men "how they are to be beyond the condemnation of Law". For The Law condemns every wrong and evil work.

And if you had truly known all these, you would have been wise and kept silent and rather watch to see how The Lord shall Judge these issues for He has afore-given us all His Judgements.

I think it depends on what you mean by “God". There are different concepts of a god. In some, a god is separate from the universe. In some, the universe itself is the god. In some, the universe is a part of god.
There are no different concepts of God only different people declaring their views on God!

Wilgrea7:
Christianity and most other monotheistic faiths often go by the first concept. In that case, if such a god existed, and you agree that it created all of space, then it is possible that it existed outside of space.

But of course, we don't know what lies outside of space, or if space is even infinite.

So to sum it all up.. we don't know for sure
Like the maker of the phone or car or bouncing castle is inside them. You people are plainly stupid!

Underlined is nothing but the truth!

The Mosaic laws only applies to the nation of Israel that's why Jesus first subjected himself to those laws since he himself is still living under the Mosaic laws until God chose another nation at Pentecost.

After God chose the spiritual nation of born again Christians it's the teachings of Christ that became their laws so our laws aren't that of any nation! John 4:23-24

That's the truth! smiley
Talking Rubbish! Romans 3:1/2 answers you.

What advantage then hath the Jew? ...

2 Much every way: chiefly, because that unto them were committed the ORACLES OF God.

Deuteronomy 32:1
"Give ear, ...; and hear, O earth, The Words of My Mouth"

But now you tell the world not to hear What The Lord hath Spoken! And you say are not satan!

Do you not herein in prove that Truth with your lying that you are not Satan?

Truvelisback:
Jesus Christ didn't abolish the Law, he fulfilled and amended the Law. This means that not all the laws in the Old testaments were abolished. When Jesus was on earth, He supervised and collect offerings(New Testament). The Jews, Pharisees and Sadducees paid tithe(New Testament).
You are talking rubbish. When God amends any Law, He Clearly Expresses The Law exhibiting the Amendment eg Genesis 1:29/30 Amended in Genesis 9:2/3

No such process took place in what you people wrongly call new testament.

If we want to TEACH you people will not accept but let me assure you that Paul meant what he said by "Christ is the end of the law" Romans 10:4
Meaning "Christ is the Destination of The Law"!

That is what it means in the language of Law. And Paul is a Lawyer, so that is what he was saying.
Christianity Etc › Re: Why Should We Pay Tithe If Christ Had Abolished The Law? by Dtruthspeaker:
Steep:
What does paul meant that christ abolished the law?
Ephesians 2:15 Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances; for to make in himself of twain one new man, so making peace;
What was abolished is "the enemyness of man and The Law" not The Law! That is what Lawyers would tell you, of which Paul is one of us.

Therefore, The Law is now a Friend and not our Enemy! That is what that scripture means!

what does the Bible meant when it said " none is righteous"?
It means no one has a right to mark his own script and say "I am righteous". That is the jurisdiction which exclusively belongs to God as Isaiah 45;19 Warns
"I The Lord, declare things that are right".

But that does not mean you should not do the right ang good, nay, you are even commanded to do so.

Deuteronomy 6:18:
"And thou shalt do that which is right and good in the sight of the LORD."

Genesis 1:3-5, 8, 12-13
The thing, is due to arrogance, you fail, to understand that Jesus with Matthew 12:39-40, specifically and explicitly made mentioned reference to prophet Jonah in Jonah 1:17 and hinted with it something about a sign. Now the question, is. What precisely is the sign, Jesus pinpointed to, in Matthew 12:39-40 and Jonah 1:17?

I'll help you along with your blind side, by using Genesis 1:5, 8,13, to show you how God right from the beginning, mathematically has 3 days and 3 nights, to make 3 days.

Genesis 1:3-5, 8, 12-13, shows how many days and nights, are required, to give a third day. So in effect if Jesus raised on the third day, it means he spent 3 nights and 3 days in the grave (i.e. [(12+12)+(12+12)+(12+12)] = 72 hours)

Jesus, kindly enough, in John 11:9, has let us know that there are twelve hours of daylight
All this is you attempting to prove your own case and I did not ask you to. So you are doing a nullity.

Please show, using scripture (i.e. the bible verse(s)) how God, in a clear and detailed manner, leaving no room for confusion or doubt, counted three nights and three days and equated to be 3 days...
Why repeat yourself? I clearly showed you that Mathew 12 stands while Mathew 16:21 and other scriptures from Hosea to Luke to Mark, all support 1 Corinthians 15:4 and Mathew 16:21.

And you could not counter this, so, there is no thing here.
