Civilized Nlanders have a very different civilized view of Fayose from the Uncivilized Nlanders. A governor should do better than this interms of being exemplary. Fayose is not different from a guy who graduated from a university and got a B.sc in learning but without character. Overall he ranks the lowest in decorum compared to any other governor in Nigeria. For a group that claims to always deal with FACTS when prosecuting and persecuting alleged corrupt persons,.. to be neither here nor there with issues of buhari's certificate and Aisha corruption scandal, should give you the true position of things.

If they discovered a fraud, they'll blow it out.

If they had invoices, corrupt funds transfer details, they'll publish it without wasting time.

So if they are not coming out with FACTS about buhari's certificate and Aisha corruption scandal,.. Then the reasons for the constraints is obvious...
