Tile has front, sides and back, and when all the tiles are not facing one direction they (the tiles) must not be uniformly in line. It will look like some are bigger with some centimeters.

However, behind the tile you will see an arrow, the arrow is meant to face one direction. Educate your tilers for excellent job if you want a very good tilling job because 99% of tilers don't know about this.

Is either the spacing clip or nail. But I prefer 3"nail for tile spacing. Here we go

Followed by leveling the mortar / screeding the floor

And tile laying

We have 3 vents here. The middle is for the visitors toilets and the other 2 is each to one flat. Good mechanical vent system will make the house odorless and easy for services in due time.

The rail construction should be very convenient for the step users.

....Considering little children we spaced the handrail cautiously.

Total cost of handrails and balcony materials with labour is #90,000


Handrail installation details :

* measure / position the handrail.
* chisel the marked area for the handrail down to the rod
* weld the rail to the step rod you chiseled for a stronger rail.
* the construction /installation should be done carefully, Avoiding unnecessary spacing because of kids.

2) Black square pipe 1.5inch by 2mm thickness



Handrail:

1) black round pipe 2 inches by 1.5mm thickness

3)flat bar 1½ inch by 3mm thickness
4) small iron ball.

Is preferable to install doors with door installers not masons. After which the masons can going on with dressing the doors hence foreign door is involve.


American steel door is one of the cheapest foreign doors in the market.

Don't mind the name (it's a Chinese door)

To achieve the purpose of a door with American steel door, you have to employ a door installer otherwise the door will be installed inappropriately. (based on experience)


Cost of one door -- # 17500 (American steel Enugu price)
coupling ----- 1000 per door
Installation ---- 1500 per door

So, # 20,000 * 18 cps = # 360,000 ( for foreign doors)

Immediate cleaning of the window rail and profile is advised for free opening.

* Nigerian profile (economy) white
* front windows are patterned 3 panels ( for beauty)
* blue reflective glass 5mm thickness

We did plaster Window hood because it's better , hood design are simple but appears Beautiful especially on casement windows. However our considerations are:

*Size of the window hood is 3inches by 6 inches
*Light thickness ( if huge it's likely going to fall over the years)
* At least an inch gap from the window frame
* Immediate cleaning of the window and lubrication for proper opening after work is advised
