....the parapet rings are made from 12mm bar, the beam is 16mm and the runners 10mm respectively.

More on the parapet, its a careful construction that needs accuracy. More pics of how this design looks As well as the porches will be shown after loosing the plancks.

Parapet reinforcement is a way of chaining the parapet beam with a sizable millimeter bar to the centre pillars of the house.

Almost done with it but the earlier the casting the better so that the planks won't get bent by the weather, which will affect the shape after casting.

The brace support needed for the parapet are here, all we need are straight planks for this kind of fascia.

The block holes must be filled with some pieces of block.

the frontage looks will be wonderful with porches. However lets see how the porches will make the building better .

Thank you, yes base on the decken. I noticed I ommited polyethylene sheet.

OK, while the carpentry work is still on, we will proceed with the casting while waiting for the carpenters to round off.. The mixture must be well mixed and watery too but not too much.

I don't think I can site a building like that on a small portion of land. See how cramped the space around the house is. A fine house such as this needs some space around it. Space for garden, carpark space, space for kids to play....

If the plot I have isn't big enough, I would buy another.
Building a smaller house is another option.

Hmm, the building has no architectural drawing but the client insisted work must continue... So I will have to work out a sketch even more modern designed arrangement at that to prove how good I am in this profession: I think that's what he want.

I'm thinking if its left in place, the plaster for screeding may not stick to well to the ceiling. Correct?

Why was a membrane used for the slab casting at deck. Is there any significant advantage as to warrant the cost implication.

Yes, it has good advantages. 1.)The water that drips out of the concrete during or after casting a decken reduces the strength of the concrete cast, so the polyethylene sheet prevents that. 2.) it also play a very important role in retarding moisture from coming up through the concrete and into the structure (on foundation). 3.) Is commonly used as a damp-proof membrane with oversite concrete for all but severe conditions of dampness. 4.) It saves materials (concrete) from escaping (not the water this time) in between two planks that is not closely lapped. 5.) It makes the work look beautiful and strong. Etc.

Alright, I will give you a free hand sketch.

The first stage of casting ongoing... I always prefer to take on the stairs first, then beams and lastly the slab.
