Gauge workout for outside plaster...

* cut the flat wood
* mix mortar
* fix the flat wood on the already placed mortar
* the gauge should be at the two ends
* use long plum to confirm the level
* transfer the level inbetween the ends

Thanks bro, it's very safe if built with a good gauge of Nigerian roofing sheet. 2ndly, if constructed with concrete gutter and coated with coal tar will give you a great satisfaction.

We are done with parapet and under-deck Plastering, ongoing now is wall plastering.

With Yoruba plaster sand only, you are likely going to have several cracks on the wall but a mixture of Yoruba and sharp sand in equal proportion will give you a perfect plaster morter that will not crack.

Don't mind me sir, that is the common name down here in the Eastern part of Nigeria, but what I mean is mud sand.

Gauge plastering ( External wall)
Matching range plastering (interior)
Window hood design
Window dressing
Protector fixing
Door mounting and dressing

* Nigerian Aluminum product.
* Nuaght brown
* wide gutter or regular corogation

Meanwhile the total squaremeters of the roof is 388.5Sqm

Roof cost = #675,990

Labor= 25000 (company's roofer) others may be expensive.

Thank you sir,Actually someone once told me since it 3plot of land that i have to use the 9inch block but seeing you use 6 inch on 5plot means i can also use 6inch.Do you have any special reason for using 6 inch or it normal to use 6inch?

No, no special reason. It's nice to use 6" inches block on fence wall if you have a strong block, it will cut cost and maximize space. But if the land is in a water logged Area is better to use 9" block, though on a raft foundation depending the bed or the layer of the area.

Sure, 6 and 9 inches block are of the same height and length but the width is the difference. However the height of the fence is a determinant factor.

I mean since your footing wall ( foundation wall) is not a concrete reinforced wall or slab, that is where you have the metal container, what measure did you take to prevent moisture or damp on the outer wall considering the hight of the foundation from the concrete blinding.
