No it won't, because of the type of roofing material used here and ventilation was highly considered.

We cracked the wall to insert the roofing sheets then close it up with mortar, it makes it stronger and linkage free. After which we cover the cap right round with a sizable corrugated aluminum sheets.

because seem's there is a high wall behind the sloped area

Yes, I understand some are completely open behind but I prefer it different..

We are still at finial stage of the roof, having designed a channel for the water flow, as the work proceeds I will show more about the Water collection and to the storage tank . But at the sloppiest area have an out let, though we are not done with it yet.... See pics

The roof has a gutter that is why is different OK? Through the gutter, water freely flows out.... To a tank.

Sorry, for late response its a free hand sketch that I did, it doesn't have an official drawings or like architectural drawing.

So we corrugated some wall flash to suite the roof design.

The roof has a gutter which is about 1ft sloppy from the end of the building to the outlet.

Here is the complete roof and it's simple pattern but if you are not careful one may have alot of linkage in the roof. But for sure is the cheapest roof ever and one of the strongest at that....

The red maker is the sloop on the roof . we have like 3sloops so is not straight as the name implies.

Mr. Ceelog sorry I omitted this question, yes we screeded everywhere. We used unicem Cement not too thick but like 1:3 . thanks

Do you mind sharing how long it took to complete the project as well as how much?

I also noticed you guys ended up with two floors instead of the three floors initially planned and designed for. Mind sharing what happened?

Sincerely, We started the project around 23rd July 2016 at the pace of the client.. Since we started, we have had about 2 brake sections anyway and about to embark on the 3rd before the final finishing proper but if its a quick work on timing it will take 12- 14weeks to deliver.

When material became so expensive he cannot afford to abandon the project so he decided to stop at 2floors (8flats) instead of 3floors (12flats) as earlier planned.

Finally, at this stage , without tiles, Screeding, paint, interlocking stone or concrete cast floor in the compound, Overhead stand and tank , WC...etc, electrical fittings and cleaning of the compound... We have spent so far both material and labour the some sum of # 23,750,000 ( is up that amount because of the type of land we built on) ...our fees also inclusive.

OK, we first had a pre-cast and an after- cast. So the pre-cast which is different from the thickness of pillars reinforcement is 200mm. Thanks

Yes please, because lintel is a horizontal member which is placed across openings in building such as doors, windows etc. you can't trust the blocks we have here, so chain your lintel before the roof beam. It helps the building wall not to crack or even slide as the building gets older. It will also serve as a bearing to subsequent blocks which makes the building stronger.

We have about 2ft king post for this kind of roof. Its a straight roof.

Pillar formation, this pillar defines the house not going to look like Bq anymore . The size is going to be 700 by 900 is a big one.

The name I've heard so far is LG, are machines like scanfrost, Media or skyrun even Nexus not efficient Dose it mean LG last longer or serves better than others??

If the project money is on hand, then I think a 3 bedroom bungalow can be completed in a month.

If it can't in today's Nigeria then we need to look at the process.

Sure, but he wish to buy material for the project, that why it may not be possible but we will still do our best to meet the timing.

Mechanical and some electrical material are already here.

Since is a straight roof bungalow it will not have concrete or wooden fascia board so the block work continues...

Lintel cast work, we couldn't travel with our concrete mixer at the moment.
