Ready to cast the slab, fitters, carpenters ,electrical and mechanical are 95℅ ready... In the absence of biscuit ,hard cord stones played the role.

Irrespective of the thickness of the slab, slab reinforcement is very key to avoid vibration and more.

Filling up the block holes before the slab cast is better done now and some cleaning in the pillar columns too for good result.

Formation of Wood structure just started

The drawing of the structure above is not handy to know some details concerning the building. However we have to run some check on the foundation to know its capacity and more.

Considering the foundation dept, the pillar iron bar/size and also the concrete pillar, so we decided to make it a storey of four flats. There we go...

Not really sir, is a trend that enable Nairalanders know the kind of finishing that is going on out there, shear views, buy ideas, contribute and comment their reserve.

Still on finishing, a mixture of waterproof cement, Portland cement and refined sand to fill up roof top holes to trap water linkages and interior water patches after rainfall...

I think its possible, we have done a 5 bedroom duplex from foundation till painting level in 3 months flat. DubemCapital was in charge of that project also.

We just started a house in Warri with one of my young engineers, a bungalow with flats attached, fence, floor and finish in just 60 days. Yes we can multi task if the cash is all available.

Oga spyde that project is even a 6 bedroom duplex not 5 bedroom.
Spyder honestly speaking to mobilise workers and supply Materials yourself will be faster and easier than someone else who is not in the same field to do that for you. As I write now, I have decided to have only two(2) work plan instead of three (3) weather it's suitable to some clients or yes. I have to do something about that.. Becuase it delays my time, kills the spirit and exposes the Engineers to a whole lot of stress and extra work even reorientating the clients hired workers.... What will I be doing in a 3bedroom bungalow for morethan 21 days where materials and workers are not delayed. Its an insult..

I don't need to persuade people about that, rather I will prove them wrong with another trend titled " let's build a 3 Bedrom bungalow within 21 days" if a 3 Bedroom bungalow construction opportunity comes by again.

Pls dear followers don't miss quote me, am not bragging about it but I know in construction speed is gain. Above all God's grace is our strength.
