I asked if u are doing concrete fascia because of the columns, seems u didn't only used it on the edges. You intend doing a roof beam?

Very correct and some slabs before the roof as the design demands.

are u proposing concrete fascia for this building? Since your client was able to afford doing a german floor, why didn't u make use of polythene to conceal the sand before casting?

No concrete fascia design ( parapet) it's a straight roof design bungalow.

Since we have a good high foundation and considering the soil texture of the land. I know polythene Wont be neccessery anymore. That why we didn't use it.

We need water tanker to sink the refilled sand in the foundation, however we are going take our concrete level with tje board since it is a sound Plank.

Having cast the starting pillars, filling up the foundation pit with sharp sand is preferable but let's use sharp soil for mow.

My workers removed the remaining casava, the carpenter followed instruction and the profile were good for marking, so we take it up from there with the labourers.

Client : d' School Boy

Duration: 4weeks (if all things been equal)

Contractor: Capital Construction co. Ltd.

Location: oji River, Enugu Nigeria.

To God be all the Glory, a young man called me who introduced himself as school boy, And told me he want us to build for him, he showed me a half picture of a bungalow as what he needed and insist he want something that looks like that, that will contain 3bedrooms and parlour and other facilities as his money can afford.

So good , I took it up from there because we embrace challenges. Let's see how fast we can meet up his request.

However, we have started. Take a look at what we have here, Come on follow me please.
