Towerofgrace:you need roasted shawa oooo boil shawa together with Titus fish and smoked prawns( the aroma alone is....ogaju)...the stock is what you mix with other things( the condiments ) and mix with the ground beans |
zaynie:Normal honey in a teaspoon and mix with half teaspoon granulated sugar ( for it to feel scrub like on the face). Wash face with lukewarm water so the pores can be open for easier penetration. Rub the mix of honey and singer in circular motion round the face for some 2 minutes. Leave on for further 5 -10 minutes and wash off with lukewarm water to cleanse thoroughly. Pat face dry and rub coconut oil on the face ( I use to bed sha). Am working on another recipe: turmeric and ginger mask....would share once am done and satisfied |
Ummtwins2,YACAA.....God bless your babies..Congratulations Arihodo...Happy birthday in arrears Zaynie....thanks for this..... Screenshotting dress styles already I have always wanted my hair long eeeee so when I heard tales about hair breaking in pregnancy...I had to up my game. Always wore a simple hair do after any wash and head to the salon. Didn't leave my hair for more than 2days after loosening( so there isn't unnecessary combing all the time) and I use kuza. I really don't like hair touching my neck line.....so I regularly did shukus or patewo...if I had to wear a wig...I pack up. Pic 1: kuza hair cream pic 2: few months Preggy pic 3: chilling at home( almost end of 2nd trimester) pic 4: dancing as twas few weeks to pop For my face: wash face with lukewarm water daily, honey and sugar scrub twice a week & wash with lukewarm water moisturize with coconut oil to sleep daily I have varicose begins abi stretch mark on my legs so I didn't want any on belle, from the moment I tested +ve to Preggy test....I started oiling my stomach generously with coconut oil ( it paid off....no stretch mark) ***modified***personal picture removed

Pacypatty:hi ma'am....sent you a pm....work from home right? |
ftmum:I agree with JGracious: try other breastfeeding positions. He might eat more when he is sleepy or at a particular time of the day ....how about just after he's had his morning bath..... Some mamas mentioned topping up here sometime ago.....if he doesn't take from your bosoms, how about spoon feeding /bottle feeding him....so this can complement the little he takes from your bosoms It's super + easy+ all is well mama, The Lord is your strength Sabi mamas will give more answers |
Gaily04:Can you imagine.....I actually mentioned your case to the nurse that attended to me....and she said it's still in your arm but, most likely under fatty tissues . The only difference would be method of removal. The implanon didn't melt or reduce oooo, just there same way it was fixed. She said people that help fix implanon know how to better than themselves ( a mo se ju ra wa lo) Renew kwa? Another missionary journey oooooo . Baba God pickkkkkkkkkk my call. |
xeexee1:One mama had same question this morning.......and Queenhecate adviced thus:- It is likely gas. Put her on her back on the bed and holding her two legs, do the bicycle movement I.e. as if she is pedalling. Also hold her legs by the ankle and push/ bend the knee into her stomach. All these may induce farting and remove the gas that is giving the discomfort. You can also bend her over your knees and pat her back. All these help more than gripe water which in my opinion is just a placebo and does absolutely nothing for babies. Note: it works oooo, did for my LO when he was a baby. |
Gr8fulHeart:You know... the way our body system is ...we react differently which I think would be a major factor Things I noticed after the insert of the implanon .I reduced in size ( I BFed LO for 6 months though but I ate a lot) ...dropped from size 12 to less than size 10 but more than size 9( I like it oooo) ![]() . As per doing the do, became more active ni sha ( worked on so many things ) I only removed cos LO will be 2yrs this month ( to be Preggy is hungrying me) ![]() |
enque:A year and 9 months |
Gaily04:OK Removal experience:- Place was cleaned properly Given an injection around that site to numb the pain. Was told not to look at it being done. Skin scrapped gently and implanon brought out. Cleaned again and made to hold site with cotton wool and plaster Told to take vit c (2 tabs) thrice daily and flagyl 2 tablets daily. AF will soon come....enjoy |
@oamronnie... Sorry ma'am....can re-soaking for some mins(say 45mins) take off the odour without actual washing....I can imagine having to rinse and spread again.. @liftedhands...you did well ooooo,it's not easy but, for the sake of family. All is well. How's your son? Hope you are gearing up for your next missionary journey.. ![]() @coolniks...here is an attachment of a sample for download. I recommend downloading the one with video duration of 1hr 57 mins. It has so many rhymes and you can just leave your son to enjoy..( you just might not have complete ownership to your phone anymore). The other ones with few mins duration are also good but the drawback ,here is you will have to keep pressing the play button when it finishes playing unlike the one with longer duration. Depending on the format you want...i downloaded mine in a reasonable format of 513mb and that has been since February this year.....
