I was hanging out with my friends yesterday evening oh, so we ordered for fresh fish and drinks, the next person beside us came in with his girlfriend and ordered drinks and fish too. They were drinking and holding their hands together, the lady was resting on the guys shoulder.

So these people were having fun, before we knew it, a woman walked in with a baby not more than 4 months. She dragged a chair and came to join the man doing ROMANCE With his girlfriend. The girl was looking at the woman with such a Surprising look, while the man was so quiet.

Then the woman called the Bar attendant "please give me a bottle of malt and Fresh fish" and they served her. Then her baby started crying and she fed her baby and continued eating . She now called the bar attendant to call people in the kitchen which he did, then she ordered for two fresh fish (point and kill), they told her its #1500 each she said she needed two of the fish and ordered for Ise-ewu 3 full mortar, they did and packaged all for her.

She now ordered for 7 cans of malt which dey gave her. All these while the man was kind of scared for the woman not to create a Scene at the joint, while the girl he came with was no longer comfortable.

When she was about to go, the bar man said "Please madam your money" and she replied "My husband here will pay". She quietly Drop her baby on her husband's Laps and went with her Goodies home.

People there started laughing and talking, while the girl was ashamed to leave the joint. I and my crew followed too and laughed oh.

The man now asked of the bill, o boy the bill too big pass the money for the man's pocket abeg.. He now called the bar attendant, gave the guy his ATM card to withdraw money.

When the guy came back, he settled the bill and left there in SHAME.

She didn't make noise, but her Action spoke for Her.

Am writing to encourage someone out there, that indeed we serve a mighty God, and weeping may endure for the night but joy comes in the morning.
I got married 2010 and my first pregnancy came early year 2011.

At 26weeks, the baby was brought out dead thru CS, was unconscious and my BP was very high and the Doctor termed it to be pre-eclampsia
Got pregnant the next year and gave birth to my princess, who decided to stay with me for a while before going back to the Lord. (Story for another day)

2014 I delivered another still born at close to 5 months. 2015, another still birth at close to 6 months.

But, the Lord has remembered me and close the door to shame and disgrace in my life, just went for Ante- natal and the doctor saw that I had severe oligohydramnios and decided to bring out my baby.

Laughter has come to stay in my home

In all, I give God all the glory. Words fail me, but I know that God is faithful and does not leave his own.

Yes this is my story and birth alert.

Pls mamas let's be careful of where we buy our hospital needs o especially stuffs like methylated spirit,olive oil n co. This is nigeria,if you don't know d original pls buy at a registered pharmacy and get a receipt.
A friend bought methylated spirit in d market alongside other stuffs. She had her baby and started applying it on d cord day and night, not knowing she bought fake. Close to 20 days d umbilical cord did not detach! I went to see her, she complained and was cleaning in my presence! I picked up d bottle and I realised d smell wasn't so sharp. Immediately I said so, she ordered her dh to buy anoda from a pharmacy and d second day, d thing dried off and detached. The fake spirit almost gave d baby infection oo, once they clean with it,instead of drying and becoming hard, d cord will be so soft and sticky, already bringing out creamy discharge
Please let's be extra careful as to what we apply on our LOs. God bless us

Our immunisation went well, though Jay was really cranky, refused food, and vomited...

But I've come with another one today again... Please don't read and pass...

1...Jay pooed only once yesterday, and most of it (like 90%) was dark green in color... It wasn't watery or slimy, but I'm really worried about the color, as I've never seen it before... Please, is there any cause for alarm?

2...I also had my 6 week check up yesterday, and my blood pressure was 140/100, and I had this terrible headache on just one side of my head for two days...
I was given "adomet", to be taken thrice daily, for 7 days. I've never heard of this drug, so I dunno if it's safe to take it, or to even take it for that long (I know bp drugs are to be taken with care)...
My mum left last week, so it's just dh and I alone with the baby, he doesn't really come home early from work, and that leaves me doing most of the work during the day, which I guess led to the rise in my blood pressure (although he really helps with the baby at night)...

3...Lochia didn't stop at all since I had my baby, but it changed color from bright red to pink, to brown, light brown, and cream and all of a sudden, yesterday evening, it became red again, up till now... (the flow is scanty)...
Please, is this still lochia, or has my period resumed...?

4...What natural remedy can I use for boils? I have one big one on my left eye and it's really painful. I applied shea butter this morning (trial and error things... Lol). This is the second boil on the same eye in less than two weeks...

Please help a worried first timer...

Kpele....it's part of motherhood. Just try to take things easy.....( it can be easier said than done)

For J's poop color, try to empty one breast completely before giving the other ( at most if he takes from the breast for 10mins or more and if he eats in bits, continue from the breast you gave before before switching to the next breast).
Also,check your food intake

Question 2 & 3, since no house help or family help, do the bit you can and if possible on of your church sisters can come once in few days to help clean( some one you are free with and can assist with little things).

For me, I pick as I see dirt on the floor( learnt from zaynie) and use mop as broom for tiny dirts asap, general sweeping comes days after but that mop works wella for me.

Laundry is once in four days oooo( God bless the inventor of washing machine as one mama here said)

Cooking is in bulk( I live close to generating plant now and light is so constant (almost 22hours )not like when I was in Akure).

Question 4: its ori I use oh but I have screenshot the beans therapy I just saw here now

Try not to worry much, just stabilize and you will be fine sis.

My Ds first set of teeth came out when he clocked 10 months and few days, two weeks after the upper teeth followed. Now it is biting galore.

He will be 11 months in some days,na standing unsupported he is practicing now.

I actually love the getting back to shape part though part of mine was induced by post partum deperession ( that thing ain't funny at all).

see your FP doctor and discuss options of removing and commencing on suitable options.

I'm currently typing this from inside the toilet. I hid there because mil wants me to come and breast feed Hansel again after he just finished sucking 30mins ago. Make we supplement with formula, she nor gree.
So i go dey this toilet for one hour until she will be forced to pet Hansel back to sleep.

how about when you and Hansel are alone in your room? can you sharply make formula and feed him? all the supplies would have been in your room ni yen oooo.

please try to invent methods to supplement but most of all dh should cooperate with you.

Thanks ma'am, I doubt if I did anything strenuous, apart from laundry for my kids, usually every two days. I was told it may be in the muscle. Will check at the health facility here tomorrow.

Will be waiting to hear more from you.

Maybe in the muscle or inserted way in though the device is supposed to be held in place by the fat layer in the arm.

I think that is what must have happened and hoping it finds its way back asap.

Do check at the health center like you said and ask every question ask able from the FP doctor
