Am not much of a people person, i love to be on my own, i would not describe myself as a quiet person, more like someone with mood swings and most times i just want to be alone. i av just 2 close friends that i talk to about everything and they've bin quiet helpful in the ways they can, I am not close to my family members at all due to the way in which i was brought up so we don't speak much on personal issues or things am going through.
Just got out of a very bad breakup that shook me up so bad and have not been able to move past it, am in my finals in the university, just finished my first semester exams and it was so hard for me to focus and read for the exams but i was able to scale through the exam period. we are on semester break now and i have lot of assignment and project to focus on but its so hard for me to do anything meaningful this days. i just lie in alone all day doing nothing, i feel so weak, alone and depressed. i feel lost, scared, worried. Things aren't working the way i had imagined and hoped for, am 22 years old, i don't av a special talent, no skill am interested in and then this education i took serious so i could confidently say am good in something doesn't seems to be working out because am going to graduate with a 2nd class lower. i feel like i don't fit in anywhere, at my age i should have plans, goals and target for the future but i don't and i don't know how to go about it. Pls i need mature advise on what to do.

So this is my story, am studying a 5yrs course in the Uni and am in my finals,throughout the previous years i wasnt in a relationship, i was so engrossed with school works so i could graduate with with a good G.P, I pratically didnt have time for myself. it got to a stage that my friends started pressuring me to get a boyfriend, not like i didnt have people who wanted to date me, i just wasnt ready nor interested.
After 400l, during the session break, i was on IT and met this guy where i was working,he was working at the company too as a permanent staff though. he was so nice to me and made me feel special and loved, we saw virtually every day, sometimes after work he would drop me at home and even became friends with my siblings. he asked me out and i agreed to date him, things was going smoothly bt then i had to go back to school.
After about a week in school, his attitude changed, he stopped calling, messaging or even chatting me up, i was the one calling, messaging and chatting him up, anytime i complain about his change of attitude he would say he was just busy with work and apologise bt didnt change. when i saw that he didnt change, i decided not to call him, chat him or even message and see how long it was going to last. for a whole week he didnt call and i had to call him wen i cud no longer take it. he wasnt even remorseful, just said he's bin busy and am wondering how could you be so busy and nt check on someone u claim you really care about, i asked him if he wanted a breakup bt he said no dat he cared abt me and wud change but he still hasnt. am going through so much emotional stress and i dont no what else to do. have never asked for money from him and he's never given me anytin so i kip wondering wat i did wrong, we never had sex too. please i need romancelanders help on this issue,should i just go ahead and break up with him? am in love with him and the thoughts of breaking up hurts badly. To think that my first relationship after so long didnt even last 4month

Am a 500l std of Electrical Engineering in the better by far university. Since I got admission into the university, I have worked hard to do well academically and graduate with at least a second class upper bt unfortunately things didn't go as planned. I currently have a CGPA of 3.2 which is second class lower and I don't see myself graduating with a 2-1. So av bin contemplating an alternative. Extra year!!!!!!!!!!
I have seen people with third class that spills and end up wt 2-2 and a friend of mine wt 2-2 graduated after spilling wt 2-1. So am contemplating spilling!!!!!!! Atleast its better to have an extra yr and graduate wt 2-1 than graduate at the right time with 2-2. Told my mum about it but she wouldn't hear of it. Never had carry over before though. Pls I nid advise from matured minds.

Trust me: Nigerians are beginning to agree that when it comes to assigning blame, look to Jonathan first. There are some hardliners who don’t care if Jonathan wasn’t President during the civil war. He must have been thinking about it, and that’s good enough reason for them. They even say that if he hadn’t been sticking his nose into government, the civil war wouldn’t have happened. Funny, Nigerians have found the perfect target for dealing with their bad days. Late to work? Blame Jonathan! Did the soup in the fridge melt when you weren’t looking? It’s Goodluck Jonathan. Yes, let us keep dumping everything on Goodluck Jonathan. Even our own responsibilities as citizens. He’s the reason our custom and police officers are more interested in collecting bribes than fighting crime and checking for contraband goods coming into the country. It is also Jonathan’s fault that the security operatives at the Lagos airport have all turned beggars. Should the president also take the rap for the Director-General of the Standards Organisation of Nigeria not being able to see that the nation is littered with fake products? Maybe Goodluck Jonathan should be with him daily and point him towards fake products and manufacturers. The fight to save this country does not begin or stop at Janathan’s table. It must be an all Nigerian battle. Let the pastors stop praying for corrupt politicians and tell them to their faces to stop stealing public funds. If all drivers have their complete vehicle papers and obey traffic laws, there will be no need to give out money to the police and we will be on our way to a better society.

Ask yourself where your governor got the billions he spends on frivolities? People in the rural areas of Akwa Ibom state are living in thatched houses and we are building another stadium? Have you tried asking what the Abia State Government did with the state’s allocation for eight years? Do you think President Jonathan will be allowed a minute of sleep if he failed to remit monies due to the states? So why then do we pour all the blames on him? Your governor owns empty estates in Dubai and factories in South Africa when people of their states are homeless and jobless, is that Jonathan’s fault too? Where did we get the preposterous notion that President Jonathan took office and people started having trouble finding jobs? Did we have a zero unemployment rate in the country before President Jonathan? Millions of Nigerians are working their asses out and dying as contract staffs and casual workers, where is the NLC? Is it not aware of the appalling working conditions Nigerian workers are subjected to by multinationals? Of course, it is all Jonathan’s fault. Last time I checked, Jonathan was a president or a magician. Should he be doing the job of the NLC too, supervising every sector of the country at the same time? Let us be truthful to ourselves, since when have we had good roads in this country? Were there roads in the country that Jonathan destroyed? Have we had electricity in the country before President Jonathan? We say Boko Haram started as a result of poverty and lack of education in the North, were there schools in the North that Jonathan destroyed? Trust me, the architects of Boko Haram know what they’re talking about when they say it is all Jonathan’s fault.
