My brother, if you don't have Political structure nothing for you. Money plays a key role YES. But if you don't a strong structure delegates will chop your money and vote someone else.

Wike has a very strong structure in SS couple with Atiku present in the North.....

Atiku cant win Kwara and Kano (if Kwakwaso is serious with his ambition in Kano). Tinubu can not win Ondo because Atiku wife is a native of Ondo.

Atiku will win KWARA with slight margin now because of 60% of those that left PDP are back in the state before 2019 election.

KANO is a work over for Atiku because
Kwankwaso is already sticking a deal knowing fully well he is from the North west where Buhari comes he can't get the presidency for now. Kano is voting massively for PDP.

Most of the top Politicians in KANO that aligned with Tinubu initially have all DECAMPED to NNPP and just a few to PDP, SDP. Is only the current Governor and handful of others are still standing with him in Kano......
