On proteins, Soya beans has just as much protein as meat, fish and even eggs. It can be processed into Tofu (Soya beans 'meat'), milk, bread, cake, biscuits e.t.c. Where you taught in primary school that eggs and meat where your only source of proteins? And that you needed to eat 5 eggs a day to maintain a high protein diet?
