If you follow Russia missile usage from the start of the war to this moment you'd understand that they don't have an infinite source of missiles.

Every NATO state still have enough arms and ammunition and are constantly arming themselves, NATO states have said they wouldn't give out arms that would jeopardize their own security.

Insufficient Air defense systems, tanks, armoured vehicles. Even the HIMARS range is limited. Ukraine is fighting Russia with one hand tied to the back.

Russia has been on offence since November, with nothing to show for it.

NATO can still escalate this war, Russia is already fighting at full capacity. NATO is still half asleep in this war.

Strategically NATO has attained it's objective of weakening Russia, what is left is if they really want Ukraine to win the war by providing them with what they need. Russia so far don't have any game changer tech, the only advantage they have is Human life isn't very important there.
