Can I use my student copy transcript to apply for masters in Germany, it is written diagonally on the paper NOT FOR OFFICIAL USE.

MY QUESTION IS
if I notorize it does that makes it official?
Or I need to travel down to my school and apply they should send the document to the University I'm applying for.

I was admitted to MA philosophy of science last 2 weeks,but they do send admission letter by post not mail,so I'm still expecting my admission letter

I actually went to my school to get this letter and someone in the Registrar's office said I must pay 20k into the School's microfinance bank and so I got confused.

Permit me to ask again, does it cost a thing to get this letter or is someone trying to play a fast one on me?

So 4 people for student visa. The new man was so sweet and we were now late for our interview. We sat down inside the main building.

The first and second person entered their VO rooms. I entered mine.

VO: Are you married? Marriage certificate and any child,birth certificate pls.

VO: What did you do after Bachelor's degree?

via their online portal. See eh, the application process for Global Change Ecology is quite different from other courses. they have their own portal.
its not the same portal that i used for applying to Environmental Chemistry.
For Global change Ecology, i did not send anything to the school, just did the online application, interview and admission dropped.
