I recall one Colleague I had, she was a nursing mum. Took up the job when her baby was three months old. She no stay reach one month oh!

When she resumes, she'd pick up her phone and watch pictures and videos of her baby sleeping, then she'd almost wanna cry.

My lad is a little over three weeks old. I'm currently on a three month maternity leave.
Career mothers, please how did you cope with leaving your infant? Is three months not too young to be in a crèche?

I need to start planning now.
