Any business that promises you anything more than 10% monthly had scam written all over it. Even if its not scam, it will surely fold up because it is not sustainable. Then someone will now open eye, see 3% daily and jump in AHhhhh. E be like the person like lose money. My rule of thumb in an investment is slow and steady. Fast and sharp will always lead to premium tears |

Hello everyone, good evening. I must commend the brains behind this concept. You guys are the best. Please I have a quick question
My husband is 36 years, a civil engineer and over 8 years work experience as a civil engineer. Would he be considered for offshore PR in Australia? Should we go ahead and apply now or wait a little for offshore nomination to resume |

Knight1: Hi @bellong and guys
could someone Kindly help me understand something, please.
Pro-rata occupations are supposed to be the ones in high demand, according to all that I have read However, when I saw the recently released Labour statistics, my assessed occupation - Electronics Engineer, which is pro-rata is "no shortage" and demand for the next 5 years is expected to be "moderate". Now I'm wondering why I shouldn't have just assessed for Electrical Engineer which has a Shortage in all states and Strong demand for the next few years.
So is it possible for an occupation to be pro-rata and not have high demand? and would you recommend I assess freshly as Electrical Engineer? (currently on 85 points on 189) Please kindly share link to the labour statistics. Thank you |

Investment › Re: Has MBA Forex Finally Crashed? by dzamaka: 12:22pm On Dec 22, 2020 |
I have always said it that 15% monthly is not feasible for a forex company considering how volatile the market is. But people are moved with greed for plenty money within a short time. When a friend told me about this MBA i told her the return is too high for forex. They will struggle to keep up the payment because definitely there would be some losses. That's how the forex market is.
If you must invest with a forex company that has a sustainable income rate and also uses the principle of compounding interest. Not a get rich quick scheme.
But when some of you see such company you will say the returns is too small. Don't you know that to meet up huge interest payments in forex you will definitely involve in risky trades?
I have been with a forex company for a while now and i monitor their trades online. They don't even trade on Friday to avoid stories that touch. Low risk trade equals high success which will yield grate profits in the long run. |

Iliyasdass: Solutions
The bus started at 8am from the bus stand On getting to it destination, it spent 30mins
So, let's calculate d time it spent on getting to its destination: Distance to its destination= 27miles Speed of the bus= 18mph time? using d formula: Speed= distance/time
time= distance/speed T=27miles/18miles per hr T= 1.5hr convert to minutes T= 1.5*60= 90mins T= 1hr 30mins So it spent 1hr 30mins to its destination. then u add it to the 8am. (8am + 1hr 30mins) 9:30 am
So it reaches to its destination at 9:30am
On getting to its destination, it spent 30mins b4 taken off. so, 9:30am + 30 mins = 10am
So it left its destination at 10am
On returning to its stand, it speed increases by 50%(50% fast speed); So returning increasing speed= 50/100*18mph= 9mph
New speed= 9mph + 18mph= 27mph Distance = 27miles time? time= distance/speed T=27miles/27mph T= 1hr
it spent 1hr to get back 2 its stand
Time it reaches back 2 its stand=time it left its destination + time it spent 2 get back 2 its stand
Time = 10am + 1hr = 11am.
Ans= A. 11am This is very explicit and correct. Thanks for teaching me. You made the solving so easy to understand |
