Afam4eva: I disagree that the absence of quality residential area is the reason why High class have refused to live in Igboland. The reason is that for a lot of these high class people have no business in the South East. The only reason why they would erect a nice building most times is because they see Igboland as their Ancestral land. The government of the SE have to put in measures to make the creme de la creme of the Igbo society to remain in the SE.
