Is the venue free?
A town hall meeting is typically organised by a person/group who calls a guest speaker to give a lecture.
The venue /facility used is paid for by the organisers who invariably charge a fee to offset the expense.

It should not be paid for by government funds ideally.

We need to start thinking more critically in Nigeria and not be swept away by petty sentiments.
In any case the excess can be used to find the campaign.

That is how a sane clime operates and NOT leveraging on State governor's to use tax payers money to fund presidential campaigns.

Nigeria did NOT construct the west Africa highway from it's budget.
It is a joint venture/ an ECOWAS project. Funded mainly by the African development bank, with all stakeholders contributing.
The pipeline project is again similar with funding from multinationals and countries involved. And it is purely a business venture.

Percentage population of blacks in the UK is 3.3%.
In a stadium of 200 ppl it means you will see only 6.
This of course varies widely depending on location.
That is not to say that blacks are even less likely to attend a football match but just so you know that they are in the very minority.

I saw the interview of Kadaria on Arise TV condemning the BBC documentary on Zamfara terrorist warlords and despite trying my best I just couldn't see her side of the story.

She says the documentary "glamouralizes" terrorist warlords and that's why she is against it.
She also says that the government knows where the terrorist are and the documentary does not serve an accessory purpose of exposing them.
Which then paints the picture that the government is looking the other way.

look I am geologist ok, distance from ajali formation to Mamu formation where Enugu city is located is less than 3km. even though part of ajali entered into abakpa by ugbene 2 ugbondafu. I don't want to mention about rivers surrounding Enugu around.

Then you should know that the Mamu formation is predominantly coaliferous and overlies the more viable Ajali formation for a considerable part close to the city. Hence why the piping will have to come from further out.
We are not talking about a few hundred people here, we are talking supplying sustainable water for over a million.
By rivers I hope it's not Ekulu you have in mind, because that dries out during dry season in most parts. In fact it was siphoned away when trans Ekulu bridge was built.

These animals will be hunted to extinction.
