Help, my Honda EOD's passenger power windows does not operate, only d driver power window works, it just happened that these windows usy stopped working at the same time, when I try controlling it from d driver power window, all I get is a clicking sound from the three power windows, but it won't respond, if I try operating the windows s individually, they don't respond too, have checked all d fuses, and they are intact. Anyone with similar experience, and probable solution should pls help me out. Thanks
if the fuses are ruled out then it may be the motor, but it's unlikely that it will go bad all at the same time. I will suggest you check the fuses again.

Hello

The alternative is to replace the engine but I have no idea what engines cost in Nigeria. Ours are definitely expensive because they are factory remans.
Good day,
I am actually interested in this part. Because I am considering engine replacement for my 2000 model Toyota avalon. How much will the engine cost, labor cost not included as I reside outside lagos.

But, he posted at 7:10 am, if I am to say he may still be on the way to work and not at the office already.
Moreover, the office hours are between 8 am to 4pm. He could also be on his annual leave of off days.

So nice to see another wailing thread dedicated to me. In case you don't know, there is no law as at today barring civil servants from participating in active party politics. The supreme court decided this matter since 2003 in the case of INEC vs Musa and others. Get a copy of the judgement delivered by Justice Mohammed Uwais and educate yourself properly.
I see something I agree with you on today.

Lack of commonsense, illiteracy and zero global awareness means many Africans continue to write the same rubbish their ancestors wrote about food. They never learn new things. White farmers in the continent of Africa are growing crops like tobacco with globally demand, black Africans are still promoting cocoa and cassava that their primitive ancestors lived on.

Bamboo can make bio-fuel, and it can grow in Sub-Saharan Africa not just Asia.

Some of the most expensive cash crops in the world (with very little investment) are Herbs and spices like Ginseng, Saffron, Mahlab, Black cumin, Kaffir lime leaves, Cardamom. Many Whites and Asians are growing it all over Africa while their African neighbors are growing cassava.

Mushrooms - The cost and demand locally and globally is alarming

soybeans - This can make you rich beyond your dreams

wheat - Should I say more

Potatoes (Irish potatoes) - use the land for yam and sweet potato to grow it instead, more demand than sweet potato and yam, easy to preserve and export.

tobacco leaves - This is one of the cash crops white apartheid South Africans use to make billions while the blacks are busy attacking other blacks.

coffee - mumu Africans think it can only grow in South America

Palm oil - (when stupid Nigerians were planting cassava and guguru, Malaysia and other countries used it to make their emerging economies)
Your post make sense. But a lot of cussing makes it hard to digest. Tone it down.

Another approach I see as answer to this your question is that, if the investment option is not to rollover at maturity, an active ATM can fix the issue. Ensure there is an active ATM that the PIN is known to your NOK, incase your fund is considerably huge you can increase the transferable amount by ATM to the highest available. So in case of such eventuality, what there will do is to gradually transfer the money. That way, they will be no need of paying the 10%, the lawyer and court bills too will be out of it.

However, you most ensure your next of kin or who ever it is that have access to that card and pin is a very trusted and reliable person. You should also ensure the person has done a related transaction with such card before. Then finally be sure your cards is not close to expiration and the secret is well kept from scammers and fraudster.

All this is to be incase will be incase such happens as you ask not if it had already happened ooo.
Yes. My NOK, already have the pin of all my accounts. But, was just asking incase the T.bills is still running and the ATM,, gets expired or lost.
It's well with our hustles.

How were you able to later pass the hurdle?
1. Swore an affidavit in court
2. went to Local government to register her death
3. Took her Identity card, plus burial brochure and posters
4. the person who paid the money came along with her teller

Then they opened the account and asked that I shouldn't withdraw more than 50k (pending the conclusion of their investigation) .

An easy way out for me would be to my investments done in a company name and have my spouse and I as signatories to the account.

That is the plan I have. While I am comfortable with it, it may not necessarily be the best option or a suitable option for others.
I thought about joint account and both of us being signatories to the account. And the account will strictly be for investments.
But, why asked the initial question was that I had such account with my late mum. After she died i was operating the account until this BVN... registration thing. And she was already dead. My 200k almost got trapped in that account at a crucial point in my low point. I did BVN.. but the bank was asking me to provide hers. Let's just say Nigeria likes long process and procedures.

not everybody knows when you collect rents if you don't tell them, because you can receive rent from your tenants anytime of the year depends on when they have cash available to pay in some cases.
also you should know that the rents you receive is your interest not your capital, the property is your capital because property appreciate with time.
my advice to you is to be saving all your rents and then invest it in treasure bills then you have doubled your interest, even if it's small interest rate but in the near future when starts enjoying it I hope you remember.
Am telling you this because am doing same coming year,I just found out about Tbills I have to keep learning more before then, not all that glister are gold.

To the gurus in the house, I have a nagging question.
What happens if I have a yet to mature T.bills still running and an event such as death occur. How can my dependents get my money when it reverts back to my account?

Thank you even i sell still have one for rent so i will sell one and leave one
We have some things in common. But I have decided to leave the rental properties and use of my undeveloped properties to do T.bills
My strategy will be something like this? Raise some of the needed capital from the sells of empty land. Do T.bills and keep adding the rent from the rental properties to the t.bills.
NB.
If you don't have empty lands other places, you can use one of your rental properties as a collateral for loan, and do T.bills (instead of outright sale). I hope you do have a 9-5 job or a day business to help you for the necessary daily living expenses while you build up your investment portfolios?

Pls house, I need your input,; A friend of mine wants me to loan her money, 400k which she will pay back within a year @ 40k monthly. Pls what interest rate should be ideal?. I was thinking of 14% since its the treasury bills rate for one year
NB the 400k is an upfront I got from d last week TB.
I am sure she will not default .

Thanks
I highlighted some things in your post. But i won't comment of them.
As per interest to be charged, I would rather you ask her how much interest she can afford. 14% is a bit on the high and you may risk default.

Boko Haram have now relocated back to a few places in North east and not All over like before
In the words of Lai.... "Technically defeated". But you should know that those dead soldiers do have families and 80 dead soldiers doesn't seem to me as 'technical defeat.'

On one hand, the media silence stops the boko haram menace from getting any publicity and sympathy, and this allows the Nigerian Army to fizzle them out in silence.

On the other hand The media silence Deprives the citizens from knowing the true situation of the fight againt the insurgency thereby making them assume that all is well.

Its a two sided thing.
The citizens think all is well, but there are some like someone up there who said that his cousin was killed and the government has been silent about the death. How does that make him feel? Of course he and his family will not keep quiet, they will tell others.
Just this afternoon I watched a video of BH,, killing our soldiers and that indeed makes it very painful.
APC, are handling this the wrong way.

I watched the video and shed tears ..see how boys are being humiliated and killed like rat by Buhari funded Iswap .. Buhari govt is today the primary source of funds for ISWAP through very suspicious generous ransome payments ...I saw the CO of the unit captured by Bokoharam and tied at the back of a pick up truck like a ram ... Nigeria might fall soon I fear
So that's the C.O? was wondering why they killed others and captured that one?

Don't mind the Asswipe saying it's a lie..what's the lie there? That it has been confirmed that over 80 soliders were killed by boko Haram or that boko Haram went a step further to show footages of their attack on the soldiers? Facebook has locked the video right now..was having a hard time copying it from my Facebook page to nairaland using safari browser (even though I know the mods would still have locked it down)..make dem continue to dey hide the massacre happening in the north..
Ufedo Tv still has it. Just watched it.... wow
What does the Federal government gain by keeping tight lips over the activities of BH.. in the North east?
