gifftson101: This is a good development my able governor..... These ipob miscreants need to be taught some lessons, the hard way. I wish other Easter governors would give such directives. Abia state governor in particular. Why would the entire market in the state be shout down because of a mere threat from baseless mischief makers. If the other governors don't support them, let them all give similar directives..... As if any of the Northern governors has ever condemned Fulani herdsmen |

34webers: [s][/s] Crappy tale. Keep deceiving yourselves with senseless imagination of non existent thought. There are more and more igbos hustling in the the north than there are hausas in the SE. That story is becoming stale. The army camps in Aba are fast turning to almajiri camps. Your Northern brethren are just littered around every army camp in Aba here because mosques do not abound in the east as is obtainable in the south west. Some are even being used by the army to collect bribes from motorists. From, Osisioma to Brass to Ogborhill to Aba - PH express it is the same story. And guess what, the enterprising ones among them are the ones going round shining shoes and repairing shoes. |

34webers: So who are the parasites? What are the igbos contributing to this country? There are more igbos in the north than there are hausa in the SE. I hope you know the main routes of The Young Shall Grow Motors? Tell me which tribe pack themselves like sardines everyday heading to the north in search of daily bread. Oil, you no get, food, you no get, you don't have anything apart from senseless noise on social media, una eyes go clear very soon, keep making noise. Maybe you haven't noticed that the IDPs are depleting because your northern refuges are moving down south and many are already here in. Aba |

handsomeclouds: Funny enough the schools they short down might even be better than their own owned schools When you want to criticize, especially in a thread like this, make sure you proof read before posting. That error up there, is evidence of the decay in education. |
Education › Re: Kwara State Government Shut Down 40 School. by eagleeye2: 7:45am On May 25, 2018 |
Most of the proprietors see running a school as an avenue for quick money. They employ under qualified teachers with no basic training in teaching. Not even TC. 11, the minimum stipulated qualification for a teacher should be NCE, but these business men and women just go out there and employ whomever they can. Some are even school drop out! How can you employ a school drop out to be a teacher, what is he or she going to teach? I fear for the future generation. Because the decay in the education system is very bad. And I don't see it getting better. Like someone said, and I agree, grease the palms of the directors in the ministry and they will look the other way while this nonsense continue. |

Mutemenot: I think its a good idea. Have seen school spreading like Rccg without any positive impact. Recently school re built in a very small piece of land wia the pupil cant even see space for Assemble or other sporting activities wise and sensible comment. Others are just shouting which did you provide? APC bla bla.... when you see the way schools are opening up in every street corner with no tangible impact on the education of the children you just shake your head for this country. |

Rotjijatau: I Want The Public To Take This Piece Into Cognizance Regarding The IG Of Police's Speech Blunder
1. The speech in question was doctored
2. Even if it was not doctored, nobody is above mistake
3. If you have been following The IG's trail or watched him speak before, you'll know that he's intelligent & grammatically fluent.
4. People were complaining why he was promoted from a commissioner of police straight to an IG of police instead of following protocol. Well, that is GRACE at work...... Grace disqualifies the qualified in order to qualify the unqualified. God doesn't follow protocol when he wants to promote you.
5. If we channel the intellectual flexibility (making T-Shirts of Transmission & videos just to mock him) into more productive things, we would have been richer than we are.
6. The difference between Nigerians & Americans is, while they channel their brain to more productive things, we are busy using ours to trend someone's mistake. inukwa, @Number 4. So those that were forcefully retired, don't merit 'Grace'. Is like your brain is paining you? |

have you ever heard the saying "save for the rainy day"?
with ATH crude price of $110 per barrel Jonathan took our foreign reserve from from over 40b and left it at $21B. at the same time reasonable countries like Saudi Arabia had 500billion dollars in foreign reserve!!!
so please tell me, who should take the bulk of the blame for the recession? the man that met a depleted reserve or the man that refused to save in the midst of plenty.
