Mynd44: Why have an affair when you can divorce him? He has made it clear that he does not want you anymore so why bother?
Everytime I hear nonsense like "I am staying because of my children" I wonder what that is about. As much as broken homes affect children, a home that is in conflict does more harm than a broken home.
You have 3 boys and you are allowing them see their father treat you like a rag yet you think you are doing the best for them? I hope she knows those kids will probably grow up to make useless statements like "why can't women of nowadays endure like my mother did?" She is raising children that will think it os okay to do this and a "good woman" is supposed to soak it in.
You are supposed to show your kids that women need love too and deserve respect. You are supposed to let your kids know it is wrong to be mean to other people. You are supposed to show that marriage is not by force, that people deserve to be happy even if it means going their own way.
I hope she makes the right choice and does what is right for her sanity, her well being, the children she claims to live for and the culture.
But then again, what do I know? I am even single sef why are you saying this nonsense stuff above? when you haven't heard second party story #husband. do you know maybe the woman used to starved the husband sex? and makes him beg every time? maybe the cups have changed now when d husband now have an option? you never can tell next time don't say trash when you only heard one side of the story. it can be the husband that is even d victim here maybe d wife cook up the story so people can pity on her. what do I know self? am just saying. |

Romance › Re: Ladies, Know The Type Of Work A Guy Does Before Agreeing To Be His Girlfriend by eallstar: 5:46am On Jun 28, 2017 |
fastgyal: I'm writing this from my own personal experience. Dear girls, don't just fall 'head over heels' for a guy without knowing the nature of his job or any of his close relatives.
There's this guy who's been inviting me over for quite sometime, we met at an event and exchanged contacts. I did that because he assisted me with something at that event. He calls me for about an hour or two every night. That was early this year.
When I asked about his nature of job, he said he was a contractor, he couldn't tell me which firm he works with. He stays at home 24/7 from Monday through Friday, weekends inclusive.
I finally agreed to go out with him sometime in February. This guy owns a Bentley and a Range Rover. Each time I try to bring up the issue of his job, he waives it off. The way he spent money on me and my friend that day was lavish and suspicious. I wasn't comfortable at all. He paid for my Uber ride to and fro. Spent about 80K at the exquisite restaurant just for food and drinks. We were three;Him, my friend And I. He uses two iPhones, one infinix hot4 and a smaller phone. I felt so much discomfort with him that day. Thank God my spirit never accepted him. that evening, he had a minor issue with his friend. I was listening to their conversation and I found out my guess was right. I had to cut up all ties with him after that day. abeg I can't be spending money whose source I know nothing about.
The second was a guy I loved, I won't lie. I met him at the mall and there was this kind of attraction. We flowed freely, got talking and all that. I won't say everything I witnessed at his place for personal reasons. I asked what he's been doing since he graduated, he said business. What kind of business? He replied; 'online business'
The day I visited him, his friends came over and for more than one hr, they were glued to their laptops, doing 'heaven knows what' and making calls to dupe victims. I also saw about 7 master keys for cars. I had no access to his FB account then. only whatsapp and IG.
When I checked his pictures on FB, I was trembling with all the things I saw. he's in a gang, probably a cult. Always wearing shirts with that devilish logo of a skull printed in it. Wearing all Black and all that.
And girls, please don't open your legs for any guy you've just met until you're very sure he's clean. I really loved this last one but although its hard to let go, I just have to. I'm not saying I'm a virgin, but I just don't open my legs for any one because he throws money at my face whatsoever. I'm being very plain here so girls can learn.
Let this get to front page please mods. @op after u have enjoyed 80k launch with your friend, u are now here giving advice, trying to block other girls for their own share. it's a lie, it's not gonna work....kole werk cos am going for my own share also. NB: next time@op b4 giving advice make sure u are clean, not after u have enjoyed part of d loot then u are given advice blocking other people's chance, there is not wrong rejecting d offer as u don't know d source but instead u enjoyed d chicken not done still carry ur friend along, and u are here forming saint that u don't know d source. I rest my case. |

I have been using flagship android phones since 2010 and I use to tweak and flash but I have stopped all that since 2014 and now in 2017 the OS already comes with everything u need out of the box so what's the point of tweaking. greenhulk: There is only 1 reason.....
PRICE.
If the iPhone sells for the same price as infinix hot note, then trust me people will say 'to hell with customization or tweaking or inability to transfer files'.
If the iPhone sells for the same price as gionee m5, then u will know customization, tweaking, changing of imei doesn't mean sh*t. poverty is affecting some people's brain, guy no b everybody poor like u. there are Android phones that are more expensive more than ur so called iPhone, it's just an ideology of Nigerians d way dey carry phone brands 4head. it happens during BlackBerry era dat nothing dey inside BlackBerry people just carry am for head, wea is d BlackBerry now? d same thing with iPhone, I have never seen any single function dat make iPhone to be superior over Android nothing inside iPhone it's just Nigerians mentality d way it happens during BlackBerry era. |

Phones › Re: Iphone: Why Majority Of Nigerians Don't Use The Device by eallstar: 4:33am On Jun 05, 2017 |
greenhulk: Yes dude, the main reason is price. IPhone 5c was an underpowered iPhone, even at that it was sold for almost the same price as the galaxy s4 and HTC one m7. We are talking Nigeria here, not rest of the world. In other parts of the world where iPhone has a strong base, iPhone customers don't care about price, they only care about premium. So the iPhone 5c was like a step backward for apple and it was just about $100 cheaper than the more powerful iPhone 5s. So customers would rather buy the 5s, u know why? Because people that buy iPhone don't care about price, even if apple sell their iphones for $1,000 people will still buy it. Nigeria market has almost zero iPhone market share.
In Nigeria the case is different, the poverty level is very high, there are no carrier discounts unlike in other countries where u can buy an iPhone on contract for as low as $250, here u have to pay the full price. If the iPhone 5c was sold for 30k in Nigeria then I can guarantee u that is the phone most people would be using right now.
I remember back in 2010-2012 when android was not yet popular in Nigeria. Then blackberry was the trend, the phone everybody wants to own and they were expensive. People that couldn't afford blackberries were rocking Nokia symbian phones. Only a few could afford Samsung and a few android phones that were in the market, even then people never really rated android. But then came tecno, they came out with affordable android phones and opened the gates for other Chinese OEMS to sell their phones here. The rest is history. only a BIG fool think price and value are d same, in Nigeria we needs all dis tweaking of a thing n transfer of files which iPhone lack |

afonjadie: I can see some foolish Afonjas saying he borrowed money to build this. why have they not borrowed money to build theirs is Dangote the Richest Black man alive not borrowing money to build his refinery too, Afonjas like shifting the goal post, but they always fail.
Olodo Afonja and to think you had likes for your stupid assertions it shows how stupid Afonjas are, but no surprises there, you all are products of a failed free educational system. If you lots had any wisdom you would know that capital project of such magnitude are managed by financial institutions for FX and cash flow not as ownership status, Olodo Afonjas. He did not borrow funds for the projects rather the project was funded by his bank GTbank cause he was credit worthy there is a difference, any bank could have funded it but he chose GT bank they should be grateful they will earn million in Fx Olodo afonja.
Dangote is building one of the biggest refinery estates not just in Africa but in the world and he is building it in Lagos, and this projects are solely funded by Igbo banks Zenith and Diamond bank going by your logic Igbo's own this refinery, wow personally I think that is great and I like the sound of it, Olodo afonja with no sense, even your almighty Eko Atlantic that have been bought over by Igbo's is also funded by Diamond bank so it is also safe to say Igbo's own this Island and the luxury flats as well.
Afonja we know you all keep dreaming of owning Igbo mansions and driving our G-force, Biafra or no Biafra that is not going to happen so get busy stop being lazy or you go wait tire, nothing for una. grin Afonjas are dumb lazy cowards.
Abule slum dwellers and Waterfront developers see the only thing you guys developed in Lagos. Learn from the Igbo's and Hausa Fulani. why only afonja everytime, u dare not mention our brother in the north. am 100% sure u are afraid of them. |
