I am not a boss yet but I believe one day I will be a boss of my own. and its not new that this message is coming from a female. there is one thing I have noticed abt some females in the work environment. one, they have I don't care attitude and some of them are very very very lazy. they just come to work, any little chance they have, they will be watching movies on their phone, laughing some silly provoking laughs... Give some of them a task to do, they will start fawning their face like sheat.. But I have learnt one thing working with the and that is tolerance and anger management.... so for those boss who are abusive, the summary is that they don't tolerate nonsense and they go angry very easily...

Hmmm my own worse, i started workin for this man last year nov, (it was a betting busines bet9ja) he will always abuse us verbally especially at the end of the month. I was only endurin cox i was hoping to raise money and go back to sch, around feb thieves broke into our shop and this same man begged me in particular that i should bear wit him dat he is going to pay me that month salary anytime i planned to leave. Fast forward to august he sacked my three colleague except me. i handled the shop by mysf, he did nt increase my salary rather he stopped my frm going for my weekly leave and increased my working hour (i work frm 8am to 9pm everyday sunday included. He didnt pay me aug nd sept salary and in oct i told him tha am quiting, the man sacked me and refuse to pay me. Now he is tellin people that i stole his money. So bro abusing employee is in sm boss dna, they only become nice when they cnt pay you
