Anambra State Government Commissions Newly Constructed Building Materials International Market Extension At Ogidi.

Anambra state government has today, the 26th of November 2019, officially opened the newly constructed Building Materials International Market Extension, at Ogidi, in Idemmili North Local Government Area.

The market which is made up of over one thousand lockup shops was collectively built by the marketers with the aim of making things better for both the marketers and their customers.

The Anambra state Governor, Chief Willie Obiano was represented by the Deputy, Dr. Nkem Okeke.

Present at the event are the state Commissioner for Trade and Commerce, Mr. Uchenna Okafor, President Anambra State Market And Traders Association, Chief Ikechukwu Ekwegbalu, President General Building Materials International Market, Chief Jude Nwankwo, among others.

I think you ate getting the whole point wrong. read what people are saying....
the community is not saying that the airport should not be built, besides it has been there before Obiano came. what they are saying is that Obiano left the land given to government which is about 729 + 526 hecters = 1, 257 hecters, and then started grabbing another 600 hecters.

so what is he going to do with that additional 600 hecters,? who owns that one? and where is the community going to farm?

I don't understand, is that not too small for an airport city??
If is true that 5000 hectares was mapped out for asaba international cargo airport.
Then it would be infeasible for the said airport to be built on a paltry sum of hectares you guys are brandishing here

Peter Obi never acquired any land for the airport, the airport site has been in existence before Peter Obi and yet obiano is the one who wants to start building it. Peter Obi never had any plans to build any airport.
There are many places that the airport could be sited, Umueri is just being considered because of its closeness to Orient refinery. Oba airport site which was abandoned is still there, Igbariam which was the next best choice for citing the airport is still there. Even if Obiano decides not to do anything about the airport nothing will happen, the lands earmarked for the project will still waste like that of the Oba airport so the people should decide and tell us if they want the project or not. For your Information the Sam Mbakwe international cargo airport is the 6th busiest airport in Nigeria and the busiest in the southeast. IMO state is the 5th richest state in Nigeria by GDP growth. Boosting in the euphoria of tourism, licensing of more oil well prospects,Education and health. You are not even ashamed that sokoto generated more IGR than Anambra since January this year despite the lousy and so called rabble rousing of Being a commercial state.

Do you know that there is an antarctic treaty signed by about 53 countries of the world that prevents citizens from going there without guides. The downside up model of the earth is that the antarctic ice wall is what holds the oceans hence it surrounds it. Sha whach the video in the link I posted earlier. If the earth even spins why does a plan need to fly? It's supposed to just go up in the air and wait for the location it's going to, to turn to where it is then the plane lands. Anyway... Just thinking too.

If you really take time to do some little research you'll actually find it very difficult to believe the earth is round. Infact I 90% belive the earth is flat.
Do you know that NASA has no real image of earth? All you have been seeing is actually CGI. All the fantastic pictures of Mars, jupiter, saturn, Galaxies are all CGI.
Someone mentioned something about the ship disappearing over the curve well sorry to disappoint you but that has also been debunked with the help of some high end cameras. Simply looking thru the cameras they still saw the ships clearly. It's all perception e.g when you stand at the end of a long corridor you realize that the extreme end of the corrider becomes smaller and terminates at the eye level. So the whole idea is the higher you go the farther you'll see but since the air contains a lot of particles there a limit the eye can see. Even the American encyclopedia of 1958 has some to say on that. Watch the video.
Let's even take about vacuum. So space is a vacuum right and earth is spinning through space and somehow space has not stripped earth of its atmosphere completely. And they say it's cause of gravity . Same gravity that a balloon filled with helium overcomes . Really the whole globe earth is really fishy.
