the Eastern security network, is it for the Eastern states ( that is backed and approved by the governors) or a private outfit to be sponsored by him irrespective of their job outline?

The Eastern security network was formed by Ipob and Mnk to protect the Eastern states,since Ipob,south east people and Mnk waited for the south Eastern governors to come up with a regional security outfit for the eastern states after others like hisbah,Amotekun,etc,was formed,but to no avail by the leaders of East, so Ipob decided to form this eastern security network since the SE leaders did not take the idea up,Ipob did it to defend the eastern states from threats to the region and people of the east seem to agree with the so called 'Ipob'.
