God bless you for this summary. I know about the intelligentia working in tandem with other World intelligentia but what I don't is where nnamdi Kanu is.

If you mean in terms of if Nnamdi Kanu can't be ranked an intelligentsia, then we must put into cognizance, that he is a well learned man who has PhD in political economics from one of the prestigious universities in U.K

Also it takes an intelligent to build an organization that can rattle a govt without violence and has a structured leadership, from even the market women to the top echelon.

People may argue NK is a radical violence provoking man, others call him a table rouser and loose cannon, but one must appreciate that the man himself is a very intelligent fellow.
It takes intelligence to be a great orator and debater, and it takes another level of intelligence to store all important details in ones memory and be able to use it convincingly to wow his fiercest enemies.

He said Biafra will likely be the 16th state of ECOWAS, and there is a strong likelihood that there will be free movement of goods and people, which includes protection of properties.

Soludo said the debate about Biafra must hold, that there is no running away from it, that the new Biafra movement has mixture of intelligentsia, the middle ranked and "foot soldiers" all in large amount, and driven by well to do, educated and intelleligent people in diaspora, heavily funded by them too, that anybody wishing it to go away by use of force or just wishful thinking, is lying to him/herself.

He also said that since it has gotten to a level of president Buhari even mentioning the word "referendum" even tho he said there will be none whatsoever, it means that in nearest future, the debate will be whether to have referendum or not, and which will be how to organize a referendum.

Soludo made mention of the sit-at-home protest, that if that does not show naysayers that something is brewing, then nothing else will.

Above all, he said the govt can't continue using force or denial, as a means of stopping the agitation, that it needs the government to be able to debate, discuss and provide counter opinions against Biafra.

Soludo also quoted Soyinka on Biafra being an ideology that can't be defeated by incarceration or shooting of the agitators.

I must also add that he warned the so called Igbo elites who are either in denial and those who think they want to use the agitators to negotiate for their own personal benefit, to think twice, because a time will come when the held up anger by the agitators will be unleashed on them, and that while vying to keep Biafra in Nigeria that yoy should also be careful to protect the interest of those who see Biafra as a means to get justice, equity and fairness, otherwise the whole thing will blow up on your face.

All he said is that there must be debates and discussions, because the way things were taking shape, that, the pro Biafrans seems to have been winning in their own side, and just like the sit at home, they may totally say this and this will not take place ie elections for example, and majority will avoid elections, and that will make a major point to all and sundry.

Summary!

Crap reasoning, crap points, crap advice, crap personality.

We don't betray our people, and we don't support anyone who betrays our people.

Tinubu has been shown how not to get into bed of politics with Fulani men, there is nothing positive to learn about it, Tinubu as a typical afonja has been used and dumped because of his treachery, let him deal with it.

Long live!!!

It is only food these guys can think about as if we get food for free in the East.

When fuel price was doubled from 87 to 145.... Who died?

In fact, d prices of all foodstuffs have doubled presently so what is your problem?

See... nigeria imports rice, fish, even tomatoes now.... If the north like, they should sell their foodstuffs to chad, e no concern me...

I don't know why some people can't think long term.

Ports has a never been a problem for ND/East... Nigeria' s anti-diversification stance is the reason why eastern ports are not working....

You hear? The same reasons why Nigeria is dependant on crude oil and gas is d same reason why Nigeria is dependant on lagos port.

Why tie everybody to one place? Is that right to you?

Is it right that Nigeria depends on crude oil alone to finance its budget? Is it only crude oil you have in Nigeria?

Is it right that all generated power is sent to the national grid? Why lagos generate power and keep it for lagos? Why can't kano generate power and keep it for kano? Why tie everybody to national grid?

Why tie the whole country to lagos ports when there are so many other deep ports along the coast? Koko is there, warri is there, port hacourt is there, akwa ibom port is there, calabar is there.... Why is the whole Nigeria tied to lagos?

You see on the front page news of woman beheaded in kano for blasphemy... Are you proud of that as a Nigerian?

People are Fighting against all these imbalances are you are yarning nonsense about foodstuffs from the north... Na only north get farm lands... Rubbish

On point like kpomkwem.

OUK is politically irrelevant in Igboland because he did nothing for us during his time as governor of Abia state, and we Igbos don't follow our leaders blindly be you a governor, king or president etc. The reason why we stand with some of our politicians at the federal level is because of Nigerian system where Ahmeds and Tundes sees Abacha, Buhari, Mohamed, Tinubu, Fashola and Femis as saints and turn around to paint Stella Odua, Ngozi and Emeka as corrupt.

I hope you enjoyed your stay in Abia state. And I believe you have seen how friendly and accommodating we are to strangers. If you still want to know more on how good we Igbos are, kindly visit different towns in Igboland most especially my home town Abiriba.
