Guys, I'm kind-of new here.
Please I applied for a German reunion visa, and was placed on a waiting period of 3 months.

Please does anyone have information on this reunion thing, or should I just sit the 3 months out believing they will still contact me on my appointment date as they said in the mail they sent when I applied.

NYSC / NYSC EXPERIENCE: Update Your Skill Set by ebenebechinedu(m): 8:42am On Jan 23, 2018
Morning Readers
One year in service of our dear country Nigeria is what i like to call the golden time. This is the time you are left alone to look over your life, study your life and carve it to come out exactly the way you dim fit.
One of the ways you do that is by looking inwards, and discovering that which you would love to train your hands to do. Please, do not let your degree lead you into telling your self that you do not need a skill. Try it and after one year of service you will regret it.
"Wisdom will make any job easier.......sharpen the knife, the job is easier" (Ecclesiastes 10:10).
This is the time you train your self to take deliberate actions to better your future. What do you know how to do well? how well can you do it?
If your skill is Mechanical Engineering, what additional skills have you acquired to make you better than your mates?
Lets be clear, we live in a society where jobs are not readily available, so if you step out of NYSC, what will put food on your table? what steps are you taking to develop yourself personally? These are questions you should ask yourself, and be ready to take deliberate actions to make sure you have a positive answer.

You might find yourself in an office where you are made to do all the work in the office. Do not...i repeat, DO not say, "how much are they paying you to do this much work" because if you find yourself saying that, then you are heading for a free fall. Let them use you, for by so doing, your skills are being sharpened and you are letting God train you.

Remember, strive to be the best at whatever you set out to be in life or do in life. And your NYSC year is the one opportunity you have to sharpen your skills to be able to swim in the big ocean. Trust me you will need all the expertise you can get, so why not start doing something now.
Need personal coaching and advice...Holla 07088150084. Do not worry my service is free. so far you do not abuse it.

To be continued....25th Jan
NYSC / NYSC Experience: Vision And Purpose by ebenebechinedu(m): 12:24pm On Jan 21, 2018
Happy sunday readers!!
NYSC has been made a compulsory training by the federal government. it is boring, time wasting and an unproductive venture. very true! if you are a man without purpose and vision.
i was posted to the far North....i was posted to the west....oh! East ke! What will i be doing there? very popular question after you have gotten your callup. Again the answer to that question lies in the mind of a man with vision and purpose. i will be posting some series of articles here on this platform where i will be teaching us how to benefit from that one year. Trust me, your NYSC year will be one year you will wish would come back to you, if you don't take advantage of what it brings to you.
Buckle up and be ready to be free for the first time in your life.
First article will be posted on this platform on the 23nd of January 2pm..

Comment "ANTICIPATE" if you ready and looking foward
....ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall set you free..

Thanks guys for waiting up..in my last post, i promised to finish up my NYSC experience.Fresh out of service, i was hungry to make a difference. loaded with tones of ideas waiting to be harvested. i did not waste much time, i started writing proposals, soliciting for funds from every source i can think of.
Met with uncles, aunties, friends and even distant relatives. Just to raise funds to startup. I was left with promises, there were never kept. yeah! along the line i got angry, disappointed and even discouraged. that kind thing. Until one day, one of my uncles gave me an appointment. You needed to see the grin in my face after i cut the call that faithful morning. i wore my best suit. equipped my mouth with the best sugar available to me...*you know what i mean*. Stepping into his office by 10am on a bright sunny Wednesday morning, i was optimistic and expectant.
Sitting patiently in his office, i waited for almost 2 hours until the last visitor left, and i was ushered in.
in his exact words..to cut the long story short, you know now before my laptop battery drains again, his first words to me was "Prosper, use what you have now and invest in your intellect, when the money is ready you will be ready" at first make i no lie, i felt like giving him a dirty slap. But *na my papa age mate na*. i just smiled, even though at the time, i did not even understand what he meant. But i was too disappointed to even start asking questions. so i just said thank you sir and smiled.

Today that singular advice from an old man, changed my life. How? yes went home thought seriously about what he said. But you know what they said about opportunity and the prepared mind. i was just strolling by an office where i went to submit my cv and came across a road side book seller. And the first book that caught my eye was a book by Sidney newton "How to Get what you Want" trust me in my shoes then, you will see same book even without looking. immediately the old mans words flashed back in my head.

i did not buy that book, but i bought one by Donald Trump "marketing 101". that was when it dawned on me that i needed to learn the things i wasn't taught in school. That first book gave rise to the library of books i acquired. and trust me when the money finally surfaced, i knew exactly what to do with it and how to do it.
My next post, i will bring us the benefits that advice brought to my startup and why you should take the same advice.
NYSC / .....the Truth Shall Set You Free by ebenebechinedu(m): 9:17am On Jan 15, 2018
its said that you are what you read... what are you doing when you are not doing anything? what you do during the one year you are mandated to serve your country determines what happens immediately you are done with service. How prepared are you to take on opportunities when they present them selves? A man was once asked by his friend, "why do you spend so much time sharpening your knife every morning, when there are no wars?" the man answered...i do this now because when the wars come i wont spend the same time i am spending now sharpening my knife. How prepared are you? what are you listening to? what are you reading? what challenges are you taking on? what friends are you making? what network are you building? i can go on and on.

Opportunity only favors the prepared mind. as you prepare for your service year...determine to come out of it fully prepared intellectually, financially, skill wise and so on....

years back when i was serving in Ekiti state. i was faced with the challenge alot of us face now during our service year. the need to make more money after serving our dear country. then i dint have enough capital to startup my own business....ok i have to cut this post short here...my laptop battery is drained. please our government please make una try dey give us constant light.

ok, my next post i will be sharing my experience as a corper and how i made a decision that changed my life.

Ensuring that your skin and hair glows continually just as God created them can be an expensive venture. But that is if you have decided to visit expensive saloons or if you decided to use expensive skin care products, which end up endangering your body. If you are interested in the good news, read further down and make sure you share the information giving to you here.

Foot soak with Milk: With 4 cups of warmed whole milk, 6 drops of any essential oil preferably lemon, sandalwood or lavender and 2 tablespoons of Epsom salt in a warm foot-bath, soaked for 20 minutes. The difference will be clear. Don’t forget to use brown sugar lemony body scrub to remove dead skin on feet.
Brown Sugar Lemony Body Scrub: This contains lemon which acts as a natural disinfectant, by opening up and cleansing clogged pores. The oil from the mixture will leave you with soft, healthy glowing skin. The only requirement you need is 1 cup of brown sugar, half cup of sea salt, 2 tablespoon of coconut oil or olive oil, 1 tablespoon of honey, tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice and a table spoon of your favorite but essential oil. Mix all these in a bowl until it forms a paste, then you apply to moist skin in a circular pattern using your fingertips. Then you rinse off with warm water.
