The problem is that many people lack bearing for their lives. They lack directions and thereby are being tossed here and there by what people says about God and not what they hear from God himself because they don't have relationship with him

What I will affirm: the population of hell is actually multiplying and so dont expect the population of Christians not to decrease. How many people are mindful of heaven nowaday. The population of hell is the fastest in growth now.

The Pastor in question actually erred by failing to know that Church is not for the perfect but for those who are imperfect or those that are heading toward perfect. Also no amount of sacrifices can be used to bribe than being obedient. I attend Apostolic Church and we hold services both early in the morning and evening. I as well pray at work and study the scriptures.

It grieves me hearing people proclaim that the blessings of God is for tithers and givers.

U need not being told that even tithing is not a compulsory thing ti do but by choice. Even giving in entirety is by ur conveniences and the issue is not either old testament or new testament. The law of the spirit in christ jesus did not actually wipe off old laws(found in old testament) but it rather wipe off the severe punishment attached to breaking such law. The scriptures need not being twisted by phylosophers we now have in the world. What I give every month to God spiritually is even beyond 10% tithing and I have not for once regretted doing that.

Such religious practises are also here in lagos, at mushin precisely.

That is a danger of having a country with absurding way of life...communism or whatever religion they practice in Russia
