Just as evil PHCN/NEPA/IKDEC refuse to give us light for a week now, until our neighborhood street took to a fight with them yesterday and they were eventually given light same day. My own street may probably be doing theirs today as that is what evil people wants before they service u for what u have been paying for.

If there are reductions as we know there are but no addition, so why the need for details since it is your original submission that even got reduced. To be frank, buhari has a genuine reason not to sign the budget, he seems to be having more enemies in d 2 Chambers of National Assembly for not bending so low to corruption continuity among them. Thanks for d analysis, but as PHCN/NEPA or ikedcompany or any name they bear is concerned, metering can never be d priority for now if we want to be honest, and beside those meter may even be fake ones now, as there is even legal tussle on it so to say. I guess they were procured out of corruption. fix light for us and leave meter issue. When we have light, no one will be reluctant to pay for it, as it will be bringing income for everyone's pocket.

Yet Osun which collects "6 million" in federal allocation started paying salaries for January on monday meaning they owe just 2 months unlike 7-8 months some months ago and yet their federal allocation has not been increased.
