Option 2 seems most straight forward to me, a letter from your spouse should show you have access. Search the thread for "spouse letter account pof" for examples of people who did this. If you choose UK, they would ask you to provide PCC- Police clearance cert for UK.........Or did you study your ACCA in UK?

I came across this thread on Nairaland some months after AOR, in fact we were already PPR expectant and reading PPR/landing gists, gave me great joy.

I would not advice you to raise any webform for this unless they have specifically requested for updated POF.

You might not get any request. Don't steer up issues where there might not be.

I did the same thing you did initially. Although I have sold most of my dollars now and returned the naira funds to my mutual funds account because of the recent drop in dollars.

If they request for updated POF, I will provide a reference from my mutual funds for them. A friend did same and he is in Canada now....

Pls house I need a little clarification on my pof issue.
Mid March when a decline in naira value was looming, I decided to liquidate my t-bills to keep my pof in USD dom instead.

Now my worry is this, when buying the USD, I paid through transfer and got the USD in cash, which I then paid into my new dom acct.
Will this be an issue since I can't show transfer history for the usd? If it is an issue, pls how can I clarify this? Thanks

I used birth certificate for my application....from my GCMS, all is well. I do not think there is any need for the NPC....especially for FSW.

I have been reading a couple of conflicting views about birth certificates for this process and I am not sure which one is correct.
I plan to claim sibling points and we both have certificates issued at birth.
My question is whether I still need to get an attestation from NPC as I have seen many comments advising this but I was of the opinion that one should go the attestation route only if they cannot provide a birth cert.
My sibling's certificate looks pretty much the same as mine (same local govt issued at birth).
I would appreciate help please.

Please please,help it's urgent. I am a medical professional (Physiotherapist) , if I get BCS diploma to boost my CRS score,will it count as two or more certificate since it's not relevant to my profession? Or does anyone know any very short health diploma?

Just to reinforce, Erigo is right. You can use the BCS to claim 2 or more certificate even if it is unrelated

She is applying for SINP and needs help clarifying if she needs to do ECA for her BSC.

She evaluated her Masters (finance related) which she did like 2 years ago. She has 10yrs work experience. Can she use the ECA for the Masters to apply for SINP or does she need to do ECA for the BSC (also finance related) as well, since this was the degree she used to get the experience?

I hope I put the question right. Please she needs to know. BSC evaluation right now is a long tin...

Please is there any airline that can fly her with this condition? She plans to give birth in Canada but i told her most airlines would not want to fly her. WES is still 227 CAD. At least as of yesterday that a friend paid. I am sure u added 85CAD for speed delivery which is not necessary. Soft copy is all you need. Hard copy can come thru NIPOST for just 7CAD

Duration is dependent on how fast your school sends your transcript to them. But WES themselves take 35 days. ECA has taken upto 6months for some people, some 5 months, some less,.

you don't have to upload it rather contact your school to send your transcript to them.

You yourself will only send a scanned coloured copy of your degree certificate to them.

Before all this you must create your profile, make payment and get your reference number. this number must accompany any letter addressed to them from you if not your documents can't be traced.

A little trick to get your reference number without paying to buy time , is to not select card payment, select any order means and your reference number will be out, then you can now buy time to get your cash ready, when you have finally gotten your cash, go to card payment and pay.

Please does anyone have a template I can use for Letter of consent from Spouse for proof of funds. The wife is the P.A but the spouse has all the funds in his own accounts/investment. They do not want to move the funds around.

Please I am Post ITA, I intend to apply with my maiden name, as it is on my Intl passport. However, I also intend to do the change of name sometime soon. If this is completed post AOR, and I raise a CSE to update my new name and new Intl Passport, would it fly?

Or should I just finish the process with my maiden name?

On a flip side, If I can get a new passport with my married name before submission of documents Post ITA, would it affect me, as my initial application..Pre ITA was with my maiden name?

Asking for a friend

- The School certificate has a missing letter in the name.. instead of TOYIN, it is TYIN... can it be sent to WES in order to forestall delay of evaluation. (thinking of adding a sworn affidavit for one and same person)
- To correct this issue might take months. Already starting the process....Must I wait till it is corrected?
- Or should we wait until after WES is done with verification before correcting the error?
