Am 20years. I have been battling with this issue of masturbating for close to 5 years now since my secondary school days. Deep down inside me I really wanna get rid of this but it seems not possible. At some time I regret anytime I masturbate but sometimes I started getting adapted to it but I don't really feel good about it.
But now I started realizing that there's truly some demons and spirit behind this... ( I know I would receive a lot of bashing from gullible people about this but only people who understands what am saying will know what am talking about). I can't imagine myself writing jamb for three times and probably would write another one next year not that am not intelligent.... I won a lot of awards for my school during my secondary school days ( essay and quiz competitions), even till now my pictures are still hanging all over my principal office and my head master office( primary school), my mom told me when he visited my headmater office to get my testimonial that my pictures are still hanging on the walls. But see me now battling for jamb for three years. Let me talk more about this jamb so people will understand. Wrote my first jamb with unseriousness scored 187 so poor, wrote second one with a bit seriousnesd scored 203 applied for one university but wasn't admitted. Now am totally frustrated I wrote the third one without even opening my book having in mind that I would use money (i saved) to sort everything out scored 167 so poor. Tried sorting out with almost 70k for a common polytechnic but I still couldn't get it reasons cos my score is too low for the course I intend to study SLT. I feel really pained. I have disappointed my family.
Today while checking nairaland I came across an article with someone seeking for help about his girlfriend suffering from incubus and succubus so I decided to go google more about this and I discovered it seems am facing same issues cos I found out the main primary issues of this spirit is hindrance.... Apple unveiled the iPhone 11, a new iPad and smartwatch models at a closely watched media event on Tuesday. The company unveiled a new seventh generation iPad at the event Tuesday, with a larger 10.2-inch retina display and a price tag starting at $329. The previous model had a 9.7-inch screen.

Yes. The Catholic teaching on masturbation says that masturbation is always morally wrong.
Sex is intended to be both an expression of love for your spouse, and a beautiful means of procreation.
Sex is so special, powerful, and valuable that it is properly used only within marriage. If you’re not married, you should abstain from sexual activity.
I know: this is all very counter-cultural.
The truth sometimes is!
Sex is the ultimate gift husbands and wives can give: a total gift of self, body and soul. Sex is how you fulfill your wedding vows to love totally, freely, and completely. As long as you both shall live. The secret of life is hidden in that intimate sharing.
The Catholic teaching on masturbation says that masturbation denies every aspect of that promise of sex — of that promise of your vows!
Masturbation is:

Freedom & responsibility
This talk of habit raises an important point: when is masturbation a sin? And how bad a sin is it?
The Catholic teaching on masturbation says that masturbation is a grave sin, what we call a mortal sin, by which we reject God’s offer of life.
However, Catholic morality also acknowledges that the force of habit can reduce or even eliminate our responsibility for our actions.
We have to freely consent in order to be fully responsible. If a habit makes something less than a free choice, it also reduces our responsibility for our actions. This does not give us free reign if we just call something a habit! Sinful actions still harm us greatly, even if we may not be fully charged with the guilt of committing them.
We have a responsibility to seek help and diligently strive to overcome our habits.
The Lord is patient & merciful. He desperately wants to free us from the slavery of sin. But we have to do our part, too.
If you think you’re trapped in the habit of masturbation or one of its close cousins (pornography, infidelity, prostitution, etc.), seek the competent help of a priest who supports the Church’s sexual morality, and specifically the Catholic teaching on masturbation. (Don’t be shy! They’ve heard it all before. Sadly, it’s quite common.)

And we begin more and more to experience our sexuality, not as the desire for selfish gratification but as the desire to give ourselves away in imitation of Christ. It’s a matter of bringing our disorders to Christ, naming them for what they are, and letting Christ heal us. We experience that healing as the gradual increase of self-control.

Those of you that are not married, fill your thoughts with things that are good. Before one masturbates, he or she's mind is always filled with bad thoughts which comes from hell. Having wet dreams is not ruled out as well, it's connected with the demons.

I'm not saying "other language" songs don't do exceedingly well but the probability of an English song by a Nigerian or African doing very well is much higher than that of another language.
It is no coincidence that Wizkid, Davido, Tekno, Runtown, Patoranking, etc have much more views consistently than Olamide, Phyno and Lil Kesh.
Bilyonaire: I think there's more to it than mere packaging sir but I can see that you were perhaps trying to propagate a self help/self actualization sort of vibe which you are entitled to. There are many Gospel artists who might have had better packaging, marketing or self belief but have still not attained the same heights as her.
Bilyonaire: Hmm... 100% sure, did you hear her say so? If not then I don't think it makes sense for you to bring up that number with such certainty. I've heard Sinach talk many times (both on stage and in an interview) and she credited Pastor Chris' teaching for her success. Same as the other BLW artists I mentioned.

Bilyonaire: Amen, sir. Though I don't think that her success has anything to do with the language she sings in. Frank Edwards sings in Igbo and he's a respected international act. You also have Tope Alabi who almost exclusively sings in Yoruba and has found great success. The secret isn't merely in language but it's in the Word. Sinach, Ada, Frank Edwards, Martin PK etc will tell you just as much.... That combined with hardwork can make a success out of anyone.

Sinach saw the big picture right from the onset. If you wanna learn anything from her, it should be that you should never limit yourself. In all her songs, you can't hear her sing in Igbo language. She didn't see herself as a local Nigerian gospel artiste. She's international! Never limit yourself. Explore the world & be great!
I do not believe that there is anything objectionable, morally speaking, about watching porn. As a matter of basic principle, I hold that nothing that happens with consent of all the parties involved can be morally wrong. Hence, if someone decides to be filmed while having sex, and someone else decides to watch this (presumably after remunerating the creators in a more or less direct way), it's absolutely fine and no business of anyone else.
Because in my humble opinion any act is permissible unless proven wrong, the best way to justify my claim is to address some of the common objections. (Of course, please feel free to raise these and similar ones in the answers, but then please address the counter-arguments given.)
1. Religious objections: Many (if not all) religious institutions are strongly opposed to porn. If their arguments are purely of the form "porn is wrong because god said so", then I don't think they are relevant to this conversation. If their arguments are of the form "god told us porn is wrong, and he wants only good for us so we'd be smart to listen to him" then it should be possible to reach the same conclusion without referencing religion.
2. Objections on the basis of harm to the actors: It is certainly true that many porn actors suffer as a result of the work that they do in various ways (the opposite side of the debate will surely be better suited to discuss this). However, they have made a free choice to engage in this line of work, and presumably they found that the rewards outweighed the downsides. It is not up to the consumers to judge the choices made by other people involved in the industry.
3. Objections on the basis of harm to the viewers: There are reportedly downsides to watching porn, such as the possibility of addiction and (some claim) worse sexual performance/decreased satisfaction. However, it seems to be within the rights of the viewer to inflict that on themselves. (For comparison, most people don't hold it immoral to drink alcohol and smoke cigarettes, despite similar considerations.)
These are some additional assumptions: Since what is wrong for one person is not necessarily wrong for another, let me specify that the viewer I have in mind is an adult (hence, the question of what impact porn has on teens is irrelevant to this thread) and is not in a situation where they are expected to avoid watching porn (e.g. they're not married to a person who finds porn objectionable). Assume also that porn is not obtained illegally, but feel free to assume it depicts whatever act you need for your argument to work (withing the boundaries of the law). I think the gender and orientation should be irrelevant, but just because of statistics I'm mostly interested in a heterosexual male viewer.
MhizMuna: Ghanaian actress, Efia Odo has stated that it is better to fornicate than to masturbate. According to her, both are still the same act of sin. She however stated that masturbation is more spiritually devouring and can be compared to suicide or murder because it is self-infliction.
