since she is in partnership with an organization, tell the organization to write a letter with their letter-headed paper explain her role and share in the company and signed
Does she need to provide statement of account? yes,if she is to sponsor herself she has to show her proof of fund
and about her late husband , attached the deed and this should be explain in additional letter attached to her application
The property she is currently occupying is self-purchased, but she bought it in her children’s name, can she still claim it as hers and does she need to provide documentation for it. yes and explain in the letter

Finally, attached you pr card ,your birth certificate and proof of accommodation like your rent agreement,electricity or gas bill in your name and a detailed letter of invitation explaining where she will stay , why you want your mother to visit Canada and why she will return to Nigeria because her other children and aged mother back home and also a business....inviting parent to Canada is more simpler process..i applied for my father in similar situation,even is landed properties and farms are scattered everywhere ,we got a Nigeria lawyer to detail the properties in his chamber letter-headed paper explaining the property and i pay the lawyer 10k naira,including letter from his church as a leader ,also letter from his business partner and his social club. l only added my Nigeria and Canada bank as the sponsor and he got the visa valid till the end of his passport .got a 3 month ticket for him but na by God grace he stay for one month and na change i change ticket for early return to Nigeria .he said he need to go check is chicken,goats and farm crop but i guess papa just bored with cold))

Hello gurus in the house, please I need your assistance, I am a PR holder and want to invite my mother to visit. I have a few questions concerning supporting documents:

1. Should I notarize my invitation letter?
2. My mum is sponsoring herself, she is a widow, with three daughters and an aged mother. She is an entrepreneur but does not have a company, she is in partnership with an organization, what does she need to provide as evidence?

4. Also, she has properties left to her by my late father, he did not have a will behind, but she now owns them, does she need to submit papers for the properties? The documentation for the deeds is still in his name.

Please can Canada grant me transit visa to Barbados. I want to have my child in Barbados but unfortunately no direct flight from Nigeria to Barbados. Generally Canada visas are unpredictable and not straight forward. I don’t want to get any visa denial from them. I just need a transit visa that’s all.

The ECO would be interested in knowing why you want to sponsor your sister in-law's proposed visit to the UK. The idea of a birthday gift is not enough.

Do you have evidence of how you communicate with her? Someone with payslips and a business is also expected to have a bank account. Having a business does not say much. Without the bank statements, how can she show evidence of her disposable income?

Any special reason you want to avoid including her bank statements?

Lol i left for Canada last December. My salary at my suit and tie job back in Naij ( i won't call it home) was just under N200k per month.

I just calculated the income i received this month after taxes. Your boy netted N1,700,000 (6,200 CAD). I'm not even doing a professional job. I don't have a boss. I sleep and wake up when i want. I go to work when i want. I can take a month off ( not any time soon tho ) and return and still continue making money.

One caveat tho is that i worked every single day to make this. Day and Night. But i enjoy the job so it's nothing to me. Plus making good money is so addicting. I don't anticipate i'll clear this much after tax going forward but i can still net over 1 mill a month if i choose to.

The West is truly the land of opportunity. Dream come true.

do not worry urself about the ticket reservation ...it not compulsory even a screen shot of the ticket price from the ticket sale or airline site is good enough evidence because what the visa officer is more concern about is your financial means to pay for your trip and ties to your country ,travel history and main purpose of coning to Canada ...l applied online for my father recently with same method attached screen shot from wakanow showing airline with ticket price and l also indicated the ticket price in my letter of explanation and how i will pay for it and his visa was approved ..i indicated the date when he will arrive Canada and depart but passport request letter was issued after the proposed dates

I think I missed to mention my step siblings while filling the family information form for visit visa , I can’t recollect if I filled my two step siblings back then in the family information form I used for visit Visa application

Now we were planning to apply PR and we received ITA. . So I am just stuck in this Information part as I wld love to really add them as per this is the final chance to add any blood relations And my hubby though is The Principal Applicant. There is a section while filling the PR application that says we shld list all family members , I

If I include them now in PR hope it’s not gonna be an issue . I mean since my details is already in the database , or probably is visit visa treated separate and PR treated separate and there shldnt be any correlation.

All other details are correct . Pl help what should we do
