when I was growing up, I grew with the belief that old people don't lie but for this, I don't need the Holy spirit to tell me that this is a big fat lie. first, they told us that a bag of rice is going to sell for 6000 naira and now this? at least if you want to lie, lie convincingly.

Hopefully I will give the analysis soon. Though am I new farmer but frankly I doubt if there is any variety of cowpea that takes just 40 days to harvest. Sorry for the delay
there is a variety that is grown around Maiduguri axis that is referred to as "kwana albain" when I asked for the reason behind the name, the marketer informed me that it takes just 40days to harvest.

infertility has always been a big problem.

so the man knew he was impotent yet went ahead to marry and conceal the truth, I'm sure the man's family must-have put her through hell because of her childlessness.

This is why I always advise men to test their sperm before marriage. if you are a guy and you are more than 25 and no girl has ever gotten pregnant for you 'mistakenly' you need to check yourself, there's something wrong with you.

will you be willing to 'mistakenly' get pregnant for me? just wat to test myself dazzaal

Oga ,

The daily egg production will serve as his profit for the investment, while the #7.2M covers initial capital outlay after one year.he makes an average of100 crates a day @N500 per crate that's N50,000 income daily for 20days average month production that's N1M *12=N12 M per annum

The N12M is the gross profit by the time he removes cost this guy would be left with nothing less thanN7M ,which manager earns. This in a year.
you are forgetting the cost of daily feed which takes up close to 75% of this daily income

you are spot on bro... I used close to 1.8m to construct a Layer Pen that could accommodate up to 2,000 layer birds including battery cage water nipple system...then bought 1,000 point of cage pullets at the rate of 900naira per one. Mind you bro, that was even before economic recession started. what about now that price of materials has increased. Poultry, especially Layer birds is very risky. I wish OP all the best...I've learnt my lessons tho.
care to share some of the lessons you learnt? Just so that we can make adjustments where necessary
Religion / Re: Facebook Is Gradually Becoming Unsafe For Christians by eddyline(m): 11:11am On Aug 27, 2017
when Christ says " you are in the world but not of the world, this is just one of the meanings. yes you'd come across such things on the net regularly but then you yourself can take measures to avoid them. for instance, you can block any user who always post such offensive messages and also remove yourself from groups that are fund of that. as long as you are in this world, such issues will always arise. you can't run away from that but to quit Facebook entirely is not the solution. you can engage yourself in groups and have friends who are morally edifying

Garden Update: (Rodent Elimination)

Recent development in the garden had got me perplexed. With everyday comes the loss of my cabbage leaves; it has to be an invasion of the molluscas (snails specifically).

Goodnews, I caught and killed the culprit today. It turned out to be a giant rat (I never knew rat fed on cabbage though, or maybe it was a coincidence). Sorry rat lovers, this one is going to be thrown away. One less trouble in my garden.

Happy Sunday folks.
A rat as big as this to be thrown away in this change we are undergoing? what a waste of meat. haha.
