Let me give you guys some tips about Alexander and the company they are recruiting for.

If you are applying, you will be asked to pay a sum of #2500 into a Fidelity bank account of Alexander which you will use to process the form it their office. (Note: Don't call it a scam job because you're asked to pay. It's not a scam job)

The information I want to give you guys about the company itself is my practical experience with them and what they pay as at April this year.
After a successful interview, you will go on 3wks training which you will be paid #20000 as training fee.
The call center should start by August 1st. After the training, you will be on (OJT) On the job training for 1 month. Can't tell you the salary cos it has changed.

After OJT, you will be on probation. Don't know how long it will be but should be between 3-6months.

Afte probation, your salary should be #46k and that is if you meet your KPI and it's not extended for you.

NOTE: THIS IS JUST A CLUE ABOUT THE JOB AND SOME FIGURES MAY HAVE CHANGED BY NOW.

The company is Ison BPO International Ltd. They also managed Airtel call centre.

It's obvious to me now that you are looking for applicants who doesn't have experience in customer service. Am saying this based on what you said about an applicant who is a machine operator and yet still applied for the job.

I will then have to ask you why you need to certify someone with 3yrs experience and with various trainings and certifications most of which include Centum Learning and PAN AFRICAN TRAINING.
I can bet it that your certification can't stand both of them.
I believe my years of experience was stated in the form I filled.

Going to what you said about the phone manner of an applicant, I also have to say that the person who attended to me yesterday when I called did not behave like a good customer service agent. If I happen to audit that call the person will score a fatal which means zero.

For you to have a good call, your Politeness and courtesy, Accuracy of resolutions and Completeness of resolution must be on point.
1) He wasn't enthusiastic. 2) When he couldn't hear me, he wasn't polite with the way he asked. Those are the two I could remember from that conversation.

It will be better if you can work on your staff too even if you can't upload where they also performed badly.

I won't have even pay the money if at all I mistakenly go for the interview. But it would have been painful to have travelled for such scam.

I can't imagine myself paying for a certification with my 3yrs experience in customer services for a telecommunication company.

I would rather be the one to certify them and not them certifying me.

Hello everybody, I was there for the interview but the offer is not what a graduate should be happy about, more over they got it wrong while they were asking for a training fee I laugh, if u are employing a new staff and u are asking such staff to pay for 7,500 for certification under whatever disguise how do u expect such new employee to take u serious, pls if u are outside lagos don't come for this thrash I've experience it first hand but if u are in lagos u can give it a trial thanks and God bless u all * words of advice for mgt of the school , don't make money on ur new staff to be, it sends wrong impression if u can't employ them let them go rather than saying u want to certify them and make them pay for it *

I got an invite from MBS for job clearence and i should come with my photocopies of my credentials and passport. But they said i should come to their headquarters, but i dont know where it is located, house help if u know?

Let me explain to you what you don't know and it's all CHEMISTRY
The buried tank of fuel underground has a lot going on with it, when the ground is hot during the day, heat is formed within the tank in form of fumes, and at night when cooling occur, the fume cools forming deposits of water within the tank (remember water is H2O and from the chemical structure of all petroleum products, it's a combination of Carbon, Hydrogen and Oxygen) Chemistry class , with a much simple explanation, I'll liken it with you putting water in your freezer, you see tthat when it solidifies (Block), and you remove it from the freezer, you see it "sweat" so to say.
That's exactly what happens, it wasn't that extra water was poured on it nor did the one in the sachet come out.
So, let your fears be alleviated bro

I understand what you're saying but I can do you a favour by providing the name of the filling station so that you can verify from people around there.

There is a filling station in Ibadan that mix its fuel with water. It's at Iyana Adeoyo.

Whenever the truck came to supply fuel at night, you will see them pouring water in the truck from the top before they will offload the fuel. My neighbour bought the fuel and discovered that half of it is water.

The format should start with employers name, your position, then the period you worked there.. Applicant tracking systems look for company names first. Don't start your work
experience with the dates you held certain positions.
