andrew444: Dont know if you guys have been following obi mikel
Dude have been so classic since he arrived Boro
I have always been on boro fan site to read comments from the fans, tony pulis has always praise him so many good remarks about how obi chanced their midfield and always cooling the game tempo, you guys should know toni pulis pattern
Boro are 5th in the table with one outstanding game and its just a 7 point difference between them and leeds united who is at 1st
Still not 2 happy obi mikel moved to the championship sha but anyway not too bad. Yep. I heard he's really doing well. Someone went as far as saying he's the best midfielder they have had in decades... |

Watch the player obi mikel is playing around with and tell me obi mikel is not world class ?
Mind you obi mikel played 25 games with this star studded team ,he was injured for some few games thou Mikel played his best football under Ancelotti. Ancelotti probably saw a bit of himself in him. I remember when they missed out on Pirlo and he put faith in him. Shame he didn't play longer under him...who knows how he would've progressed. |

Oliseh had to defy it all begged to get into the game. He was introduced. It did not take long that with some combination with Aghahowa Nigeria redeemed themselves. Funny how some people thought it was because Laloko took out the "charms" from the Senegalese goal |

However we need to start saying the truth about some of our brothers and stop passing off this their ridiculous arrogance/superiority complex as mere high self esteem or whatever. Any igbo man who thinks our tribe did not play a role in the state this country is at the moment is plain dumb or delusional. The major tribes - not this mumu excuse of blaming the British till now - are the reason why this country is as messed up as it is. People like that clown are the ones that go abroad and look down on the minorities. They're the ones that'll call Black Caribbean "slaves" in the UK. They're the ones that call Black Americans lazy forgetting the reason why they're even able to go there without getting lynched by the KKK. They'll call South African men lazy and talk about how their women love them because they have big dicks while also destroying their society with drugs We igbos have no reason to form this stupid arrogance some of these clowns keep exhibiting. It didn't help us in the civil war and will not help us anytime soon. Being proud of your tribe doesn't mean throwing objectivity to the side. |

But Emery prefers to send beef and kill fish in the pitch when its not the sea. He may nit have the players, but he gats work on what he has. At least Wenger did that. Forget Emery...dude himself doesn't like or know how to manage big players. Iwobi isn't leaving anytime soon anyway so all this talk is just pointless. Sad thing is I don't see much of a difference between now and last season. This isn't what Wenger was sacked for... |

tbaba1234: In the last few games, Iwobi has consistently been amongst Arsenal's best player. Silence!!
One bad game and everyone comes with their daggers.
Last week, he changed the game for Arsenal, no comments. He was Arsenal's best player against Liverpool, silience.
The boy can not win.. Everyone is waiting for a mistake or a poor game to crucify him. What did you expect after the club toyed with the fans emotions with their failed moves for Perisic and Carrasco?? There are fans who blame him for Ox leaving and even to the extent of claiming he was the reason Wenger didn't sign the likes of Draxler when he was available. Iwobi himself needs to realize this is what it means to play for a big club. |

daveP: God bless you for this.
I am not defending iwobi, but lets be sincere, he and kola on that left wing have created 80% of the chances that were converted as goals. Remove these two from arsenal and you would have a championship team with two world class strikers that touch the ball less than 10times in 90mins. the whole arsenal midfield are waste. That's the truth of the matter. Till Arsenal stops been stingy and spend big on a winger - Iwobi will keep getting games under Emery. Arsenal fans better get used to it. Dude is still young and will improve. |

Mickael2: Then you really haven't watched Suarez well enough. Dude can dribble, like he seriously can dribble, he has an end product more than Iwobi and he is more creative, considerably more creative. I think Iwobi is only better at short passes because Suarez would always want to penetrate naturally.
However I would say a 4-4-2 would suit Arsenal a lot more. Have a midfield 4 of pure workhorses, say Guendozi, Torreira and some other person that actually works hard, then plug in Ozil behind the strikers, that way his defensive deficiencies will be totally and completely masked while his creativity will be something else. With Auba and Lacazzete ahead of Ozil I see nothing but goals and more goals. Suarez can fit the Ozil role perfectly too(maybe eceb slightly better because he can dribble more than Ozil, though less creative obviously). Bellerin is a Barca product, he is naturally a wingback even when playing as FB then play with one wingback and another stagnant fullback more like what Barca used in 2008 when Abidal was the stagnant full back, when Bellerin pushes forward let Guendozi drop in as the third CB then one of the CBs, obviously the quicker and more astute CB(in 1-v-1 situations should be the roaming CB. I do not buy into this assumption that Arsenal does not have good enough players, a team with Ozil, Auba and Lacazzete should be guaranteed 2-5 goals every weekend. Arsenal's problem is the defence and Emery's stubborn nature. If we're being honest - dude has treated Ramsey and Ozil like shit and for someone that's meant to be this super flexible tactician - he has been a disgrace. As for Suarez - I've always viewed him like an Iniesta type of player. Good close control, etc but he doesn't seem like he can carry the ball over a long distance. I can't wait for Emery's contract to expire at the end of next season so he can take his nonsense and leave. |

mostob: Emery might play both of them together and drop one of Auba and Laca Yep and that would be a great idea if Iwobi could only finish and run in behind. Auba has poor hold up play and Laca isn't as quick as Aubamayeng. The solution is to sell one this summer...playing Auba on the left isn't a good idea. |

andrew444: Suarez will always be an upgrade to iwobi despite the fact that both of them are average players Iwobi is a better ball carrier imo while Suarez is more technically gifted. Arsenal just wasted their time in this transfer window. At the end of the day - Iwobi is still the only one that can drive into the opposition's box. |
