One miscreant politicians brought in thugs to hijack the elections in Ihiala and him and his thugs were resisted but the security situation made voting impossible as materials couldn't get to the various polling units so INEC rescheduled the elections in Ihiala for next Saturday. The politician and many of his thugs have been arrested.

They still have a chance if there is a massive turn out in Ihiala on the 13th and they win it by a wide margin. The gap between Soludo and Ozigbo is around 50,000 votes and there are 148,000 voters registered in Ihiala so there's still technically a chance for PDP if they can win Ihiala by a wide margin.
