68816419: Nigeria housing systems is totally different from its peers , reasons been that Nigerians prefers owning their own houses instead of flats , Nigeria Government has built over 3 millions houses in the course of 8 years, from very low housings,to medium sized housings to high ends housings , the good thing about this projects is the fact that one is allowed to spread payments for around 5 years terms. 1st and 2nd pics are ongoing housing projects across the federations 3rd and 4th pics are past projects
Great! Nice job, in here only private real estate owners build a high quality house as this. Our government build houses with low cost in a very low quality.
When it is checked. The money collected for the dam was being spent by TPLF unnecessarily. They lied saying 60% was completed and TPLFs company METEC was obliged to clear the forest for the project. Not even 25% was completed for 7years. Their plan was to keep collecting money and with that money, to buy illegal weapons and make Ethiopia a living he'll.
Have I told you they sold 2 Ethiopian national boats and they were buying weapons from Pakistan?
TayserMahri: Ednited! Thats the OG, see a bunch of Africans reacting to the song unfortunately there was no Ethiopian. Most Ethiopians dont have this OG vibe which is possibly why you dont like it.
tylann: Ethiopia has more industrial parks than kenya You just launched a new one recently Kenya has export processing zones i dont know if it is the same thing as industrial parks Labour in Ethiopia is cheap that is why industrial parks are developing in ethiopia very fast In kenya labour is a bit expensive
TPLF keeps borrowing money saying for food. . . then to their pocket.
When Tanzania refused, at least the givers know that it hasn't reached the needy. In Ethiopia, TPLF even borrows and throw the money wherever they want to. Now we are going to pay for what they have had
tylann: He cleaned the road once when he got into power The next thing he did is shooting the opposition leader The guy was in ICU in Nairobi for months Since he came to power Tanzania human rights record has detoriated rapidly There is nothing wrong in shooting a video in a slum It is not must you shoot a video in beautiful places
ohhhh. . .Tanzania
There was time when Ethiopian artists shoot in luxury houses and realesates in Addis. People argued with them but now many search for slums or mountains to shoot. They have stoped acting ridiculous.
NairobiWalker: I don't see anything wrong with him singing in English, as long as he's talented he's good to go. Many Africans sing in English. Like Stella Mwangi.
I knew he had fans in here. I just don't like him.
Did you just shared this pic because I said he has no Kenya vibe?? kikikiki
This man was singing in English while the Rwandan was using his language. Leave alone dressing, because he is a rapper. . . but I just don't see Africa in him
NairobiWalker: The Tanzanian Motto is don't wash dirty linen outside. One musician was arrested for shooting a video in the slum. Their president is a dictator like that.
Whhhattt?? Are you serious??
Kazikazi, say something on this cuz I have always assumed Tanzanian leader as an inspiration because I have heard how he works and cleans the road like a random citizen. Am I mistaken?
What type of dictator is he? So people migrate to avoid the slum behind them
Okay okay let's say it's true. How about Dar es selam? Dar has beautiful figures. . .why not shoot there
Sorry but you guys have this rapper whom I have watched in Coke last year. He is annoying. He did this collabo with Rwandan singer and I didn't like him. He has no Kenya vibe and all. I tried to like him but I couldn't
tylann: Many artists think flashy cars , skyscrapers Goldchains throwing around money will make they songs sell
And using drugs too. . .
What type of youth do they think they are making. They are only thinking business but nothing else. It scares me where we are all going
Our culture is spoiled now. Our new artists here are also making some uncomfortable lyrics and inappropriate dressing. And who said you can't get on top with no bling bling?
mtisTheQubit: i dont get it mresh..you guys are beating us on some key manufacturing sectors (ya alreay manufacturing phones an masses) but ya got ths other side which to me is crazy..i wish i can show you my internet connetion speed..y drop dead..
how I wish many African Artists make a video clip like this rather than focusing on materials. I have heard Tanzanian artists moving to South Africa to make video clips. Some other African Artists move to New York to make clips. But Africa is rich in culture and beautiful landscape. . . let us use it appropriately to introduce our culture like Omarion did to South Africa. And also introduce art with nature
mtisTheQubit: i dont get it mresh..you guys are beating us on some key manufacturing sectors (ya alreay manufacturing phones an masses) but ya got ths other side which to me is crazy..i wish i can show you my internet connetion speed..y drop dead..
ednited will start crying after 5 minutes
Loading. . . .
By the way, the resort I have shared you previously is owned by Athlete Haile G/Selassie. That is like the forth branch he opened recently. It is called 'Haile resort'.
tylann: Ethio telecom is the only telecommunications company in Ethiopia As we have around 4 but safaricom is the leader And they are bullies
Competition is always good. When you compete, you will try to get better than the other team.
Ethio telecom is alone! The manager is a very hard working women but I don't care . . .the network sucks. It SUUUUCCCKKKSSS!
I think I am going to start crying. Even the Ethiopian software engineers are having hard time introducing their apps! e-commerce doesn't exist, I dare say!!!
tylann: That is how monopoly works Our internet speeds are mesmerizing better than usa iam not bragging iam just saying Just open your economy and let us trade
I know that. You can't tell me about Kenyan internet speed.
Some tourists left Addis for Nairobi because of network and even our journalists keep reminding our telecom about your story.
XhosaNostra: Yeah, but there're different sides to Soweto, but for the most part, it's a nice, vibrant place.
The many faces of Soweto.
The first picture, very very beautiful and welcoming. All African cities has two sides. They have the luxurious and shiny figures and slummish and chaotic on the other.
We only share the good sides here on nairaland and drop the other side.
tylann: Just open up for business mainly in telecommunications and banking sector Kenyan companies will real improve your network You are always complaining of network
Ecactly! Ethio telecom is acting like diamond in here because that is the only telecom we have here. Terrible network with higher price. . .well everyone here has no telecom to go to so they playing on us since 1880!
Jonraid: Interesting-lot's of Kenyan companies are mulling going into Ethiopia, but their policy environment is so restrictive especially in the banking and the telecommunication sector!
ET is CLOSED for foreign companies.
Ecobank has a representative office in Addis. I don't know what it is doing here since it isn't operating.
Our P.M is kind of opening doors to foreign companies in Airline industry, telecommunications and electric power so that they could have a share. We definitely need that for telecommunications but no one wants our airline opened. We want Ethiopian Airlines 100% for Ethiopians.
This deal is due to lack of foreign currency in Ethiopia. If we hadn't had this problem, this couldn't have happened.
