My wife 27 years is also in express entry pool with CRS score 469.

Please I need best advice to get PR in Canada fast.
Target is to get PR before one year in Canada.

realistically you cannot get pr under one year. When your wife graduates her express entry scores will increase and will also qualifies for BC PNP.
