I am inclined to criticise this judge; however, based on my personal experience, managing numerous accounts can sometimes be quite challenging. There are accounts I once opened that I can no longer even recall are still in existence. Unfortunately, as a government employee, one is required to declare all such accounts, whether or not they contain any funds. May be that could be the case of this judge.

The moment there is a negative news about him, the next thing you hear or read is that he is out on a road inspection. Let’s keep deceiving ourselves. If it was somewhere in Nigeria, Afghanistan, Iraq, Palestinian, Iran etc , his he@d would've been singing and dancing separately on the ground irrespective of whether a police officer was around. Ofcourse, you're right. But then looking at the current economic realities, don't you think government need to review the list provided the price is just and fair? Are the drivers not supposed to be paid? Is the cost of maintaining the vehicle same as yesterday?

Both can trademark the same name provided they're not serving the same purpose or bearing the same logo or design that will confuse the consumers.

Ofcourse, I do. It depends on the context. The young man is driven by a strong desire to belong and succeed not minding how he achieves his objective. His eagerness to “make it” explains why he could not wait to complete his apprenticeship and why he resorted to stealing in an attempt to achieve success quickly. What else could have propelled him, if not that youthful energy, vitality, and the pressure to live large like other young men around him? Now see where it landed him. Mehn, this is not the nairaland that I joined in 2009. The kind of thing information some moderators allow or push out to front page on the forum. Na wao.
