I view people who base their opinion of numerousl lies of social media as uninformed & stack illiterate.

I work in an infectious disease clinic & I most say the rate at which the Poor, the uneducated & the Tout that takes herbs & all the drinks in sachets come down with kidney, liver, heart & other diseases is on a alarming rate.

A times I felt & feel great concern for the man when ever he brags & proud about the woman when they come for medicals.
