Nothing suprises me in Nigerian politics anymore. I believe there are absolutely no principles in that realm and the actors have absolutely nothing to do with integrity. Even if Aba Ruma comes out to lobby for the VP position i wouldn't be suprised, not even Farouq Mutallab coming back to lobby for US ambassador would suprise me, absolutely nothing.

I've seen footage of some of the activists on the Turkish ship throwing an Israeli commando overboard, regardless i don't think being hit with metal bars and being thrown off the ship justifies opening fire on civilians with live rounds. What about tear gas and other methods of mob control, why did they have to kill those people ? @ritchboy i think i'm with @dipo2much on this one. Why can't we have Gour. . .(whatever his name is) and Fab at the same time ? Rosicky and Nasri are no where near the zone Fab is at the moment and unless there's a sudden surge in both their forms this summer they still wont reach near where Fab is next season.
If you're in desperate need for success to justify your policy then i don't see anything wrong with having a number of those high profile guys around. Look how Inter turned around their defence in one season, at San Siro they had Walter Samuel, Lucio, Chivu, Materazzi and Cordoba(he plays defence too); all these guys would start at the back position in virtually any club or country on this planet so they're not exactly light weights. Arsenal was even being rumoured to be interested in Francesco Toldo but he isn't even a starting keeper, he deputises for Julio Caesar.
I remember when virtually all gunners were star players for their respective countries, now the country stars we can even boast of are Ramsey and Bendtner, and believe me Wales and Denmark aren't the kind of countries i'm talking about .
